"I found myself at a roadside food truck, the kind that soldiers know all too well (if you've served, you know what I mean—those vans that are always stationed in the most unlikely places). I ordered a bacon burger and what I received was reminiscent of elementary school lunches. But guess what? It was fantastic! I never expected that burger to taste so good. The quality may not have been top-notch, but the satisfaction it brought was unparalleled. Then, just the other day, I tracked down a Bakonburger and BAM! It instantly transported me back to that rough time in Afghanistan. So, I’d have to say that, in this experience, taste triumphed over emotion. Thanks for the great food and wonderful service!"

My fiance and i Tried this place for the first time and we loved it. The blu burger was sooo good and deffinately recommend the garlic waffle fries. Mmm mmm mmmm coming back when I can.

I had the mushroom bacon cheeseburger with jalapeños, and it was the best I've ever had. I also tried the garlic fries and a peanut butter shake with extra malt, and it felt like I had died and gone to heaven. You guys are amazing, and I will definitely be back!

Since the first time we ate there we loved It! There is something special about a burger from the caboose. I had a minor issue with a meal there recently, and when I mentioned it the chef made it up to me with another perfect burger. Sometimes it's the only thing that will do, gotta satisfy my craving! 4th of July is the first time I've been to Skagit Valley Burger Express, my burger was absolutely fabulous!!!! I was bummed I didn't get a chance to try their milkshake but after eating my burger and crinkle fries, there is no way I could handle a milkshake! The gentleman behind the window was very pleasant, they were super busy and kept a smile on their face.

I had a burger tonight, specifically the Skagit Western Burger, and it was absolutely delicious. It was incredibly juicy and packed with flavor. The bacon and onion rings were cooked to perfection and added a wonderful taste. I also enjoyed the garlic fries as well as the bacon, jalapeño, and cheese fries—they were both fantastic! I will definitely return. This burger was far superior to others I've had in the valley.
