I have enjoyed great meals at this restaurant before, but my recent visit was a disappointment. The beans were topped with something that looked and tasted like Parmesan cheese, and it just didn't taste right.

Overall, it was a pretty average experience. The tacos, burrito, salsas, and quesadilla were just passable. While the chips and service were good, the rest of the food didn't impress. If you're seeking better cuisine, I would suggest looking elsewhere...

My family and I love Sr. Salsa Mexican Restaurant. Our waiter is usually Adrian. He?s great! Always smiling and very attentive! My children and I usually order the Chicken Flautas. This wonderful local Mexican restaurant is amazing. You are instantly greeted by the owner and made to feel like family. The staff is also so nice and willing accommodate any diety restrictions. The drinks are delicious and the smells coming from the kitchen leave you eager for your food. My food came out quickly and perfect. It was delicious and the portions size was just enough to have some to enjoy the next day. I can't recommend this wonderful place enough!

Sr Salsa has consistently surpassed our expectations. The food and service have always been exceptional. Adrian, our favorite server, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure our dining experience is fantastic. We also catered an event for around 120 people through them, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. They arrived on time, and both the food and service during our event were outstanding. The owner, Armando, always makes an effort to ensure that our experience meets all our requests.

If this was a rating of the food and drink quality here at Sr. Salsa's it would be a easy 5 stars! Service was a total let down, no drinks, not even water on the table for at least 20 minutes after chips, salsa and even after the order of cheese dip hit the table. I guess filling the ice buckets was more important than serving quests? The drinks, Texas Margarita, The Pina Colada the frostiest cold mug for a Corona (see pic) that I have ever had were excellent! The Tacos were very good. The wife's Shrimp Cocktail possibly the best in the upstate!
