"The food is really good here. That is why we drove all the way from Marinette on a wet foggy evening for perch tonight. It was to celebrate my wife's 70th birthday!!!!! We arrived about 5:30pm, waited just a short time to get a table and then ordered. About 10 minutes after 2 of us ordered a perch dinners, the waiter came back to say they were out of perch! Really!!!! How do you run out of the Friday night special and it is not even 6pm???????? SUPPER TIME!!!!! This is the second time this has happened, the first being just after you guys opened. But really you only opened at 3:00 and you run out in less than 3 hours!! At the very least the server should have been alerted to the fact that the perch was low before he even took our order. How many other customers did you disappoint by running out of your special so early tonight. We will go back for your pizza again, but doubt if we will go out of our way for perch!!! Very bad kitchen planning and managing!"

"They can not cut potatoes to make American fries all breakfast fries are from bag and frozen, ordered eggs Benedict and received a poached egg,waitress said said she was trying to save us some money because toast cost extra for all meals , plus they make food ahead of time and try to fit it for you,and it's a little warm at best Toast is only done on one side unless you tell them to toast both sides. Also they have young kids waiting on you . They are nice but don't know alot . WOULD NOT EVER GO BACK THERE BAD FOOD LAZY COOKS"

"I usually enjoy dining at Cousins, but I think the staff needs to improve their listening skills and pay better attention to customers. I clearly requested my BLT without mayo and specifically asked for it to be served plain with just salt and pepper. Unfortunately, I received mayo on my sandwich, and there was no salt or pepper. It’s not that complicated, folks—please pay closer attention!"
