I ordered two sandwiches at this restaurant and had a negative experience. The lady working there seemed annoyed and made the sandwiches incorrectly, then blamed me. The service at this restaurant was terrible. The sandwich I ordered had very little meat and was missing the final tomato. I was charged $10.00 for this subpar sandwich. To make matters worse, it had been in the microwave for too long, resulting in tough, hardened ends. I rarely complain, but I strongly advise avoiding this place. 230 in the afternoon on a thursday. Stop in for a quick sandwich and i walk in, both workers are sitting at a table, ones eating. One eating turns around and rolls his eyes, the lady states that the store is closed (why is the door unlocked? And itll be two minutes before she can wait on me. I turned around and left. Evidently your 2 minutes of your break or screw off time was more important then customer service. Wont be back.

I had a great experience at this restaurant. The service was quick and the staff were very friendly. I was impressed by how clean everything was. My only complaint is that I wish this location was closer to my home so I could eat here more often. The take-out lunch I got was delicious and priced between $10 and $20 per person. My wife and I went here for lunch. The person making the subs was beyond rude and not putting the correct items on the sub. When it came time to check out we tried using a valid coupon and the sub maker stated that we could not use it. She would not accept it and was very rude to my wife about this. She stated that she could not enter it manually and could do nothing to help her. We have used coupons in the past and they worked. I love subway! I order all the time!! The lady that is running this place is absolutely the worst! I ordered on the app... I ordered 3 different orders . 1 was 6 fiotlongs, 1 was a 6in and a foot long, and 1 was 4 footlongs. I order like this often. She messed up 3 of the first order. I brought 2 back she said scrape off the wrong dressing g and pick off the pickles.... she couldn't fix it because I ordered too many subs... are said it was my fault for not putting in the notes that I couldn't eat pickles.... Typical Subway experience as far as customer service goes. The workers are always friendly, and the store is very clean. I've been here twice, and the issue that I've had both times is that the lettuce is, or looks old. It was browning a little and was soggy. Maybe it's not like that on most days, but that's been my experience both times that I've went. Other than that, I've been satisfied.
