Steak was over cooked and burnt. Potato had been sitting for a while and was not warm or soft. It was not served with butter or sour cream. Lobster tail meat also had been cooked for awhile and was not very warm. Overall disappointed with food qualuty

Waited minutes past our reservation to be seated. We were sat at a huge round table, so far away, my lady said she felt so far away from me On Valentines Day. We left and got Big Macs. We might go back for drinks but definitely not for a special occasion. Also, I texted them with my issues and still no response days later

Took forever for us to even get a drink, we never got our plates for our bread, couldn’t eat the lobster or asparagus because they were ice cold, steak and potatoes were lukewarm but the steak was burnt on the bottom and my husbands steak was raw inside and burnt on bottom. Desserts were good though. Obviously they weren’t equipped for that kind of event and should consider sending out hot food next time. Never again Visualizza piatti

we came for our 8:15 reservation at 8:00 and had to wait 45 minutes our order in the first 5 minutes. get our salad and appetizer within 10 minutes 45 minutes later we were not our desserts served and nobody could tell us what happened. several people came in after the ordering and they were served their meal, at this point we decided to go and to outback steakhouse and had a good meal within 30 minutes. will not go back to the bistro.

We waited minutes after our reservation to be seated. Another to see our waitress. The food was not at all as advertised. The kale salad was mostly wilted spinach and cabbage. The steak was overcooked, the lobster under, no asparagus. The lamb was hammered with no pistachio crust. The risotto was just bland, overcooked rice. The bread which we had to ask our waitress for after we realized how bad our entrees were was decent. The tiramisu was the best part of the night, though it was served on a hot plate with melted gelato.
