Back then , servings were HUGE , staff was INCREDIBLY attentive , and overall your experience felt very high class . Now it just feels like any other chain . It's quite sad . It took an entire hour to get our entrees. And mind you it was a Sunday evening , very slow night . Overall , I find they need to step up their game . They've become just like an Olive garden , which to me is a downgrade . Probably won't be coming back unless it's for cheesecake . sorry but I was very disappointed. We skipped the table seating and went straight to the bar counter and had our dinner there. The service was very good. We didnt feel rushed to free up our seats. We watched the hockey game on tv amd enjoyed our drink with our dinner...cheesecake? Took it to go because we were so full! Overall, great experience. Staff was friendly amd professional.

The Cheesecake Factory is one of my favorite places. I decided to have a short bite before I go to the mall. The food was great. The waiter was great! The egg rolls are a must! The coconut cheesecake my new favorite! I will definitely be back! We also ordered the Calamari who was brilliant, Gumbo, coconut shrimps, buffalo chicken rays. The food was great. I will definitely be back!
