"I visited this restaurant in June 2019 on our way back to Oklahoma from New Mexico. It came highly recommended by my husband’s coworker, who said it was his wife’s favorite spot when they traveled between Oklahoma and Colorado. The staff were very nice and welcoming. While I’m sure the food was lovely, it just wasn’t to my taste. The salsa reminded me a lot of marinara sauce. They did have some pasta dishes on the menu, which explained the sauce for a couple of items. The restaurant had a genuine local vibe, as it has been in business since 1966. There was a lot of history shared among the staff and other diners. Unfortunately, I learned that they closed on July 31, 2019."

"There is something for everyone at onion 's. Speghetti, salad, chili, you name it but he Fresh Flame seared hamburgers have a delectable crunch on the outside and a juicy interior and the buns toasted to perfection paired with the fresh ingredients leave the other hamburger places in town in the dust. This other menu item is a classic, the philly cheesy steak with a fresh pickle spear and sauteed onions, provolone cheese and I personally add jalapenos makes for one delicious lunch. And if you are feeling up for a sweet treat they ready to go pie slices top it all off. I personally recommend the peanut butter pie. The atmosphere reminds me of traveling on a road trip through texas in the good ol days stopping at different location to take family photos and see the historic sites. All of that takes place in their respective location. The staff always greets with a smile on their face willing to serve up good food and good times, ready to go out of their way to make sure your dining experience is second to none."

"I have been in Borger close to a year and visit the Plaza quite often. I have never had one complaint or witnessed anyone else unsatisfied. The food is great every time. And if it’s the chips and salsa a person might be after, it’s great also. But for me, even as good as the food is, what keeps me coming back is their customer service. These days that can be rare. Their waitstaff and management are very professional, kind, and courteous. I have been very impressed every visit. Mia and Vanessa Fraire were two waitresses that really made me feel the need to write this review. I encourage anyone to visit this place and see for yourself. "Don't even bother getting breakfast here. For the third time in the road there supersonic breakfast burrito is the size of their dollar menu breakfast burrito. The sandwiches have gotten smaller as well. Everything is always cold. They give you old nasty tots. They are not even semi-warm. Not a one-time experience this is multiple times coming in here trying. Food: 1"
