"Customer service was terrible. When we walked in the boy didn’t even say a word to us. He almost looks surprised that he even had customers. The girl who was accompanying him had to keep looking at her notes to tell us what toppings came with which flavors because it wasn’t posted on the wall. They played rap music with swearing making it awkward for brining any kind of family outing, were playing on their phone and laptop while we were still sitting there, and just were not friendly. The chocolate rolled ice cream didn’t come with enough Oreo topping. The only reason we’re giving this two stars is because the cereal flavor and toppings were actually pretty good, otherwise would’ve been one star. Also way too pricey. Would not recommend."

The service at this restaurant was excellent - friendly, prompt, and attentive. The staff answered all our questions and even helped us select and customize our desserts. And, most importantly, the food was absolutely delicious!
