Whataburger - Piatti

Used drive through for 2 whataburgers and fries. Excellent service. Could clearly hear the attendant on the speaker and she was very attentive and a Read my order back to confirm. Very friendly at the pick up window as well.

Very unprofessional. A lady who is the team lead gave to hoots who where at the front. Didn’t get greeted nor asked if I needed anything. The manager was nice to take my order but with one person in side it took 30min to get a meal!

The manager, who is an older Black woman, was complicating the entire drive-thru experience for both me and the young woman working there. The wait was already quite lengthy, and her actions were making it even more challenging for everyone involved. I went to order a late dinner for me and my family and the 2 different workers that bounced me around to take my order throught the drive through, both had attitude and were extremely rude. The 2nd one even raised her voice at me. I drove off, I will never spend another dollar at this location. This is why it was completely empty and why every one in this town avoids this location.

It was 9:45 am . I asked for fries instead of hash brown. I received cold, stale fries. It’s morning time, why are my fries not fresh? Especially if it’s not even lunch time yet. I’m assuming they gave me fries from yesterday. Didn’t ask do I want any condiments, bread felt old . Looking through to make sure I wasn’t biting in to any mold. First and last time coming to that whataburger.

Don 't know if the lady at the drive thru was having a bad morning or not but not a good look to tell a customer rudely, there 's picante in the bag and here 's your card. While shoving the bag in my hand and then slamming the drive thru window. I go to Whataburger frequently and this location didn 't ask for a name for the order nor was a thank you for your visit given. I really love Whataburger, but this particular location needs a lot of improvement. The wait times are just outrageous. My orders are frequently incorrect and don’t taste great—and this happens every single time! During my most recent visit, we waited in line for 35 minutes before we had to leave without getting our food, and there were still two cars in front of us. I’m not sure why this location is so subpar, but heed my warning: it’s worth driving an extra seven minutes to find a better one.

If I could go negative stars on service I would. They can't tell time they cant read a ticket half the time the orders are wrong no matter what time you go. If you want to get good service and orders correct the extra deive down to dalrock and 66 is the best way to go stay away from this store after multiple orders wrong and rude employees that can't do anything right but mess around and not want to do their job. They don't deserve 15 an hour they deserve 6 an hour until they learn the value of doing their job correctly

The wait was quite manageable—there were four cars in front of me, and it took about 10 to 15 minutes from ordering to driving away. The customer service was exceptional. I was greeted right away, and the staff member asked if I could hold on for a moment. I don’t mind waiting as long as I'm acknowledged; otherwise, I feel ignored and left wondering if anyone knows I'm there. The person on the speaker was friendly, polite, and upbeat, which really brightened my mood. When I reached the window, my food was ready quickly.
