"I absolutely love this restaurant! We make the trip from Houston just to dine here. The food and sweet tea are both delicious. We usually order at least five different dishes whenever we visit, just to try something new and take the leftovers home. So far, we haven’t been disappointed with anything. It’s definitely a place I’d recommend returning to. The woman who assists in the back always checks on other tables, but unfortunately, she seems to skip ours every time. Still, I would recommend this place to everyone!"

"Best in Sinton!. The Backstreet Cafe is the my favorite restaurant in Sinton. The atmosphere is inviting and the wait staff is very good. This restaurant has one of the freshest salad bars that I have encountered in the area. I have yet to find dark spots on the lettuce and flies in the area. The food is homecooking and done very well."

"Horrible experience. As a vegetarian the only thing that I can get at Whataburger is french fries.. it took more than half an hour for an order of fries to come out, and that was only after I went to the register and asked about my order. The attendant ignored me the first time I asked about my order and dismissed me the second time but shouted to the back that she needed fries. There were no apologies and she grunted when I requested ketchup. Whataburger needs to up its game in Sinton."
