"What a great experience! The staff I spoke to both about the phone and personally were both pleasant. The young man at the counter even offered to bring me the food can as I kept my one-year-old son. We ordered the family dinner for three for $33 and got enough food to keep me, my wife and seven years old daughter at least a few meals. Wontonsuppen for each of us, rangoons, a roll, fried rice and the three ducks! Of course, the whole food was delicious too! We were all very impressed by how good it was. Thank you. China Bay, we'll see you again soon!"

"Interesting find. Having been there one time, I would say overall that it’s a solid eatery. The raw oysters were fine, but the mignonette was vinegary and I’ve had better. The mixed olives are warmed with marinated spices. They were outstanding, but were served in a water goblet. A pretty bowl would have been nicer. They are accompanied by some good crostini, but only 2 small ones. The arancini was good with a spicy marinara sauce. The service was good, but confusing. I wasn’t sure who our server was after we ordered the wine. Overall, worthwhile and pleasant."

"I hadn't been to Panera in a while due to some negative experiences at another location, but after starting a new job, I decided to give it another try. Sean, the cashier, was incredibly friendly, and the ordering process was quick. My food was ready in no time. The restaurant was spotless, and everyone I encountered on the staff was cheerful and polite. Thanks to the wonderful staff, I’m definitely returning!"

"Overall, we usually have great service here, but today I experienced an unusually long wait at the counter just to get an empty bag for our leftovers. It wasn't that they were busy and didn’t see me; several employees walked by without acknowledging my presence at all. I work in a high-traffic retail environment, and even when juggling multiple tasks, we always make it a point to recognize customers waiting or entering, even if it's just to let them know we'll be with them shortly. Today, there was no one at the front counter, and it felt like customers were being intentionally ignored. This doesn’t seem like an effective way to run a business."

"This particular location has really went down hill. It's horrible these days.The hours its open are bouncing. The lobby is locked up way earlier then it use to.You can only order through a pad in lobby now.The bathroom is absolutely filthy. Like the worst truck stop gas station bathroom you have ever seen.Do your self a favor and use the Taco Bell at chest nut commons. If the owners no longer care about this location. Neither should we"
