"This place has so much potential but was a disappointing experience when we visited. First, we saw no mention on OpenTable or the website about the fixed menu for NYE. This meant the cost was going to be automatically double what we had originally planned. It was a holiday, though, so we accepted it and went ahead with dinner. The food, I will say, was great! But they were so understaffed that it really took away from what was otherwise a good meal. We had to ask to be given water, heard other tables near us also complain about how they had been abandoned and waiting for additional items, and overall spent the hour we were there getting increasingly frustrated. We really did try to focus on the positives throughout the meal, but the service really did impact our ability to enjoy the meal. We would love to give it another chance in the future and find it operating smoother."

the food was good, but the service was disorganized and the place was not clear post new years.

Absolutely amazing. Food and service was outstanding, and the fondue was unmatched. Try the expresso salted caramel ice cream, it is absolutely divine.

The fondue was fantastic at this restaurant. The atmosphere was quiet and pleasant. Matteo was an excellent waiter, friendly, efficient, and did his job well.

The fondue was delicious but it was also insanely overpriced. Wifey and I had cheese fondue for two, which consisted of bread, apples, and dip, plus two cocktails. It was $125 with tip. We ended up going to another restaurant in an hour because we felt like we’d only had an appetizer.

I typically don’t write reviews at all, but this is truly one of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had ever. Service was absent, food was mediocre at best, and the space is odd uncomfortable. Bar none, the really bad and inattentive service was the key issue. They would’ve survived the weird ambience and only mediocre food if the service was at all attentive and or focused on their customers. Truly disappointing.

I ordered the Monte Blanc fondue with bratwurst and croutons. It was tasty, but I found it to be overpriced for the portion size as it only came with toasted bread cubes and sliced apples. If you wanted vegetables like grilled asparagus, brussels sprouts, or roasted tomatoes, you had to pay an additional $9. Also, there were no raw veggies offered. The chocolate fondue was like a chocolate fountain that was already set up and running in the main dining area, which I personally found a bit odd. View menu

I’d give it 0 stars if I could. Worst experience I’ve ever had dining out and significantly overpriced. We spent nearly $400 for 4 and left to go home and make grilled cheese because we were hungry. 2 of the 3 fondues were not edible, but the scrapple was good. Don’t order anything else. Better yet, just don’t go. We are so sad we spent our evening here and missed the fireworks/NYE parade because they couldn’t get us out of there in a reasonable time. We even skipped the dessert course. No more suffering needed, just wanted to leave. The owner? needs to put her dog down and help serve tables. Two thumbs down. Don’t go!

What a treat dining here turned out to be after a long hike at elevation in beautiful Telluride! Not many folks seem interested in fondue during the height of Summer, as we were the only ones in the restaurant, but how can anyone refuse a variety of creamy cheese blends for endless dipping pleasure plus unique signature cocktails?! In addition to ordering the delicious Telluride Scraple fondue, we were introduced to the Raclette a hot stone with melted Gruyere and other roasted vegetables and a potato mash and cornichons, served with toasted bread slices that begged for more! Our server was knowledgeable and our chef a delight we watched him prepare it all from our table! A definite must try...
