"I felt assaulted, the bill was $41 for a popusa, a yucca and two margaritas. I didn't ask for any special dish. Honestly, it doesn't hurt to pay for a good meal, the service was great, the popusa was normal, nothing fantastic, the yucca was edible, it had some super-fried, almost burnt pieces of meat, it wasn't chicharron. The margaritas were good but I think they charged me for the entire bottle of the bad tequila they used. In my life I will return. When the bill arrived, I sarcastically told the waitress that if the tip was included, in the end I paid $50, after all, it was not her fault."

I have ordered twice ahead of time and both times ended up waiting because they forgot about my order! Pupusas are ok.

Kinda slow service even when no customers, it took quite some time for some tortas that were not what a torta should be. View menu

The food is always great ,not the friendliest staff but the food is definitely worth it , the only reason I gave the atmosphere a low rating is bc the music was way to loud to have a conversationFood: 5/5

My family likes to come here on sundays for quick food if we don't have time to cook. We usually get various papusas and we all enjoy them. Pretty good and nice papusas at a fair price. I have only eaten there once and I've also had some of their appetizers fried plantains that were pretty good. View menu

My family enjoys visiting this fast food spot on Saturdays when we don't have time to cook. We typically order a variety of pupusas, and everyone loves them. The pupusas are tasty and beautifully made, all at a reasonable price. I've only been there once, but I also tried their fried appetizers, which were delicious.

Watery salsa with not much more heat than ketchup.Enchiladas with insipid red sauce, stuffed with chopped beef of some kind, gristle and all.Tasteless rice.Liquid frijoles. All served on a room temperature plate (unlike the usual red-hot plate in a Mexican joint), so everything was cold before the meal was half over. And loud, irritating Spanish hip hop or rap or something playing.Should have gone across the street to Taco Bell. Better food for half the price.

"Food good. Location good. Service good. BUT, the hidden charges REALLY ruined an otherwise nice experience. Example: HH menu lists Martinis as a $3 upcharge to the $7 base charge. Fair enough. Bombay is a listed alcohol; requested. When the bill was returned I was charged for a Bombay Sapphire which is not on the HH list. Charge? $11 $3. I asked for Bombay, not Bombay Sapphire. Waiter: Oh, let me look into that. AND, by the way Blue Cheese olives? Extra $1. REALLY? I 've NEVER paid extra for BC olives ANYWHERE. AND the confusing menus that a dish as including an extra sauce, [and I don 't recall the exact language but it made it seem that an additional items could be selected as well. Oops, there goes an extra $10.95. AND, the waiter recommending a twice-baked potato. Bah, boom, another $5.95. [which in fairness is disclosed on the menu in a different location, but waiter made it sound as if it was a no-charge option on the surf and turf. AND the split plate charge which I don 't think was disclosed on the menu. Ding, ding, extra $3.00. Was this a waiter, who was overly up-selling or restaurant deception? Don 't know. As I said, the food WAS good. AND, the ambience [at least in the bar area, stay away of the hotel-ballroom-like main dining area was nice. Just beware the nickel and dime charges that the waiter won 't be disclosing to you."
