"It's disappointing when you truly love a restaurant, only for them to make changes that make you hesitate to go back. This place has always been my favorite for food; their cheesesteaks and quesadillas are amazing. However, tonight I decided to try something different and ordered the grilled shrimp and fries. I placed my order through DoorDash, and my delivery driver arrived in about 5 minutes. Unfortunately, when the food arrived, the shrimp were dry and rubbery, the rice was unappetizing, and the fries were soggy and looked like leftovers! I've never had a bad experience at this restaurant before, so I thought it was best to call and let them know. The person who answered, whom I think was the manager, told me to contact DoorDash and then hung up on me. As a loyal customer, I find this level of customer service unacceptable. I suppose some restaurants just lead to disappointments like this occasionally."

Visited this location recently. I was not disappointed. I usually order grilled fish and veggies. Decided to try the salad with shrimp. It was well seasoned. The salad was very fresh. I definitely will be ordering this again.

I ordered my go-to 10-piece boneless wings combo with hot lemon pepper, but, unfortunately, the chicken was tough and chewy, with an odd, fishy flavor that made it inedible. The fries were also a letdown; they were undercooked and overly greasy. I’m really disappointed with my local wing place! To make matters worse, the lemon pepper seasoning they now use tastes more like lemon pepper salt. I hope they can address these issues soon.

Three separate times I've ordered food online and the food was not even started 30 or 45 minutes later.Asked to cancel order third time after waiting over 15 minutes to even speak to someone. Now an hour after my order was made, it was not started because they didn't have something on the menu and did not notify me or start other food offer alternatives. They refused to cancel the order, so I simply left. I'd have given them a shake in the future, but I'll just avoid them from now on. Some of the worst customer service.
