"Took my family here for a Labor Day desert after a hot day at the pool, and it was absolutely filthy as soon as we walked in. I figured, hey, it's labor day I'm sure they've been slammed all day, so not a huge deal. I needed to to use the restroom while the others decided what they want, absolutely atrocious! 100% disgusting. If the front and the restroom look like this I can only imagine what the areas the public doesn't see look like. No ice cream for us and I will not return. The health department need to do an impromptu inspection! Do better Amy's Ice cream"

Not the best ice cream I have had. The flavours need to be deeper and texture can be smoother. Did not enjoy the Mexican vanilla much. Plus the toppings for kids were pretty pricey. But the server was polite and allowed to same multiple flavours before buying

We visited Amy’s ice cream while on vacation and it didn’t disappoint. The ice cream definitely tasted homemade and their selection and toppings were so delicious and fun. So happy we stopped by! The staff were so kind and patient with all my kiddos! I highly recommend! View menu

Great ice cream! I love the Oreo ice cream and their homemade cookie dough as a topping is to die for!! Staff is always friendly and store has a fun atmosphere, however there aren't many seating options inside if it's cold out and sometimes the tables are pretty dirty. Other than that, great place to stop for a quick treat!

Today, an unfortunate incident took place at Amy's Ice Cream that I feel compelled to share. Minutes after my husband paid for ice cream, my husband was pickpocketed. Within a mere 5 minutes, we realized his wallet was missing. Regrettably, the shop only has one camera which did not cover the register area or the area where we were seated. Only covered the door. It is disheartening to encounter such events in a community as pleasant as Bee Cave.
