"Ordered the Shio Paitan ramen! Was pretty good; you’ll probably go home with leftovers.I loved the buns too but I do think $9 for one is a bit pricey? We split them to share with the table even though they’re smaller than burgers. The ingredients were very fresh and tasty though. I loved the sauce. Our party commented that the music was very loud? We actually took out a decibel reader app on one of our phones and it hit 80dB!! It was hard to hear each other. Was a lovely establishment but would not recommend for folks with sensory issues."

An amazing experience. Simply fabulous food. The chef is top notch! So creative and precise. Had lunch and brought back takeout noodles home for dinner ????

We have been here 3 or 4 times and have loved absolutely everything we’ve ever ordered. The service is fantastic and always friendly. We highly recommend this place if you want super tasty food that always delivers!

This is the best coconut broth I’ve ever had. We subbed the salmon for the chicken in the laska!! They gladly altered the dish for us. Buns were amazing. We really enjoyed watching the staff. Very calm and collected. View menu

I am no foodie , but I can tell that this place is next level good! Balanced favors! Aspects that I would normally shy away from, but that blended to be remarkable! Spectacular! Best ramen I ahve ever had! Per my college daughter.

Stopped in Kittery on our way to northern Maine and they were closed, so on the way back we made a point to stop in at lunch. Absolutely worth the detour, food was amazing. We split the Vietnamese crepe and duck yakisoba. 100% recommend, this place is slinging NYC level flavor in the cutest town. Will be our go to spot when we pass up the coast again. Huge props to the cooks! Can't wait to see you again

Servers and cooks: PLEASE eat before your shifts start! I watched on Saturday as 2 servers and 1 cook continually ate behind the bar area. None of them washed their hands before serving and preparing food. I watched one cook finish a bag of chips or something, wiped his mouth with his entire hand and went right back to cooking. One server noticed me watching her as she was eating and turned her back to me and still kept eating. View menu

Okay so my partner and I came here one Saturday afternoon just for some apps+drinks, and the apps were so good we were like we have to come back for a meal. We’re only in the area for a month, and we made time to come back for ramen. We of course got the tamarin wings again, he got the duck noodles and I got the shoyu ramen and we were just as happy with the meals as the apps. This place is awesome the vibes, the drinks, the food , all A+

Every part of our dining experience was a wow! Beverages were the canned house old fashioned from next door and the ice cold sacred profane light lager. We knew we were in a special place when our pork bun and vietnamese crepe arrived at the table. Both plates were outstanding. Our mains were the Shio and Shoyu Ramen bowls. Both were over the top good, and the bowls were, as my wife said, life changing. Yes, this place is worth getting in the car right now to experience it. Service was personable, friendly, and helpful.
