"On May 5th, 2022, the service at this restaurant was extremely poor. The server was slow in bringing our food, our drinks were not prepared correctly, and we ordered drinks on the rocks but only received one, which arrived late and almost finished with our meal. The male manager displayed arrogance and made inappropriate comments to my family, who were in town for my brother's funeral. He mentioned that he had also experienced a loss in his family, but the only thing he could offer us was the subpar service we had received. Thankfully, Ms. Lisa stepped in to rectify the situation by refilling our drinks and bringing the correct order. Despite the manager's unpleasant demeanor, Ms. Lisa provided excellent service and even mentioned her wonderful son. She made sure our table was taken care of, despite the complaints from other patrons. Thank you, Ms. Lisa, for your exceptional service! On a positive note, the men's restroom was clean and well-maintained."

When we arrived at the restaurant, the parking lot seemed quite full and we expected a wait. However, we were able to be seated immediately. The server and manager were very friendly and attentive, which was wonderful. I ordered the quesadilla cheeseburger and absolutely loved it.

This restaurant is not a place I typically visit, but every time I have been there, it has been satisfactory. The food is consistently good, with no decrease in quality compared to other Applebee's locations. The lunch specials are served quickly and are a nice change from the local fast food options. If you're in a hurry, they also offer curb side pick up. My wife's workplace orders takeout from here regularly and hasn't had any major issues, just make sure to double check your order. View menu

On October 7th, we stopped by for dinner. Our waitress, Jasmine was wonderful. The food was delicious. However, the bartender was very loud, using profanity, and acting very ignorant. The music that was playing in the restaurant was VERY inappropriate. The guests around the bar were just as ignorant as the bartender. This location is definitely not a family friendly restaurant. We asked for the manager whose name is Derek but he wasn?t there. This was our first time visiting this location and it will definitely be our last time visiting.

24 mins waiting on an appetizer, the family in the next booth came in 10-15 after my wife and I did, they got their appetizers before we did. Waitress was nice, but didn't seem to be in any hurry to serve us. There was another white couple there, and they were waiting a good 10 minutes at the cash register/hostess desk waiting for their check so they can pay and leave. Some of the reviews say if you're white, expect to have slow service, and they are right. Only good experience from this place is the food(once we got our food) was pretty good. Otherwise, if you're looking for a good place to eat, definitely pass on it and go somewhere else.
