Applebee's Grill - Menu

Today was my best dinning experience since COVID. Lexis is an awesome server. She was smiling and polite. She checked on us multiple times to make sure we were okay. I highly recommend that you ask to be seated in Lexis area.

After being promptly seated, we were left to sit. Multiple servers passed our table without saying a word. After waiting for at least 15 minutes, we left. We realize staffing is short but someone could at least have stopped to let us know they'd be withus. Will not return to this establishment.

I sat at the bar at Applebee's Grill, and my experience was rather disappointing. Even though they wiped it down with sanitizing wipes, it really could have used a deep clean with hot, soapy towels or a stronger cleaning solution. On a brighter note, their late-night happy hour after 9 PM is amazing, featuring excellent drink specials and half-priced appetizers from their menu.

Completely disappointing. The lighting was so dim that I struggled to read the menu. We were seated next to a noisy group, making it hard to have a conversation despite the restaurant being nearly empty. And the food? Just look at the pictures—I’m really unhappy with what I received. The quality is frankly average, and this location has downsized portions while increasing prices. To make matters worse, when I requested the manager to address my chicken portion, she had the audacity to roll her eyes. I ended up sending my food back and won’t be coming back.

Place wasnt too busy, it was on a Monday afternoon. I enjoyed the food I ordered cheeseburger with onion rings. The cheeseburger tasted good, fries tasted excellent as it wasnt too salty nor oily and you can still taste the potatoes. My family orderedchicken tenders for main. For appetizers it was boneless spicy wings and onion rings. I loved the wings, wasnt too spicy justthe right amount and paired up well with rhe vegetables, the onion rings on the other hand tasted too salty and didnt leave agood taste in my mouth. The men's bathroom is clean too so thats a plus. The servers/waitresses are extremely hospitable andvery nice as well View menu

The cheeseburger was delicious, and the fries were excellent—not too salty or oily, allowing the flavor of the potatoes to shine through. My family ordered chicken tenders for their main course. Our waitress was fantastic! I can't recall her name offhand, but I'll definitely come back to update this review once I remember it so she can receive the recognition she deserves. It was a bit chaotic, as expected on a weekend, but she navigated it all beautifully. She even took on the responsibilities of other staff members who seemed to be slacking, but her performance never faltered. She had a nice balance of being friendly and respectful, and it was refreshing to see someone who genuinely cared about making sure her tables were satisfied, unlike many servers who just seem to be in it for the money. Overall we had a great time,, we were a party or 4 and we got the mix and match 2 entree's an appetizers, (which is a good deal in our situation however when our food came out, it didn't take long to see why they run the special,, let's just say it'snot like I remember it being, my Mother compared it to a children's meal???? honestly I somewhat agree.. we loved the foodthough!
