Arby's - Menu

The new Wagyu burgers at the Steakhouse are excellent. Cooked medium well, they are exceptionally juicy. The team at the Heber Springs location is attentive and ready to assist. Overall, it was a wonderful experience!

This Arby's is always one of our top dining choices whenever we're nearby. The food is consistently served hot and fresh, and the team delivers outstanding service every time. The roast beef cheddar and curly fries are unbeatable! We strongly recommend this spot for a tasty lunch!

I usually enjoy Arby’s Pecan Chicken Salad sandwich from their menu, but my recent visit was disappointing. I ordered it at the drive-thru, only to find there was no chicken at all in the sandwich—just grapes and apple pieces, and no pecans either. This is the second time in a month I've ordered in the drive thru and got home with incorrect items and cold food. I live less than a mile from the store so food should still be hot! Arby's was awesome when they first opened and still are great during theday!! Service and product in the evening is another story...not good!!!

It's always a must try, when a restaurant has something spicy to offer. Today I ordered Diablo BBQ Loaded Fries, and they didn't disappoint. Diablo BBQ sauce has a smoky, sweet, fiery flavor, diced jalapenos, and crinkle fries hit the spot. Got me sweating.Ate it with no drink as suggested. Great product and fast drive thru experience. I work here but they deserve this review. I ordered food here on Saturday night. I waited what seemed like forever in the drive through. The food was cold. The kids working were playing along with the night shift supervisor. They acted like getting myorder was a huge inconvenience for them. They seemed to want to socialize than work. This is the second experience I have hadlike this. If I go in the daytime service and food are better.

I just went in the lobby and ordered to go. I stood at the counter for at least 5 minutes, with no greeting, no ?I?ll be right with you?, nothing. As I waited for my order, what appeared to be two off duty employees were behind the counter with theirdrinks socializing, which I consider unprofessional. Then a group of young people dressed for what looked like a prom orsomething came in and all the employees were at the counter visiting with them. All the while, my order still wasn?t completed. When I did get it, I asked for Arby?s sauce and was told they were out of the packets. They directed me to the pump over atthe soda station. I finally asked if they wanted me to just take the pump with...
