"Hidden gem in NOLA, by far one of the best and cleanest Middle Eastern restaurants in town. Lots of vegetarian options and healthy alternatives. Haven't tried the whole menu yet, but I'm Arab can tell a good quality Mediterranean restaurant by simply trying one or two dishes. I'll certainly be back soon. This place has great authentic Greek food. The pastitsio serving is huge. Plenty of vegan, gluten free and vegetarian options.

Best Moussaka in town, by a landslide. Athena is one of the few Mediterranean restaurants that has authentic Greek food and not solely Turkish and Levantine dishes. Be sure to try their juices and smoothies as well!

I’m from out of town, first time here. I had the Falafel wrap and it was awesome. Not only was the Falafel good, the veggie set the wrap off even more. I can tell this is a local favorite from all the returning customers coming in. Great service and friendly place
