"I've had repeated issues with the Kids Meal at this restaurant. I ordered the Kids Bean and Burrito Bean and Cheese Combo, and I even paid an extra $1.99 to add carne asada to two orders, but it only came in one burrito. This has happened multiple times now—this is the third! They also never include salsa for the meal; I only get salsa for the chips. I requested a salsa verde for the burritos in the special instructions, but instead received two small containers of salsa that tasted terrible—undernseasoned and possibly just canned green enchilada sauce, with no heat at all. To make matters worse, Door Dash informed me that the restaurant charged me $4.95 for those tiny containers! I can't believe it. I ended up spending $44 for what felt like $22 worth of food, plus a $6.50 tip for the dasher. I won’t be ordering from Michoacanos again."

"I recently tried the chili verde tamale at this restaurant, and it was the best tamale I've ever had. The menu is unique with items like a strawberry tamale (which I personally didn't enjoy, but there was nothing wrong with it). They also offer all the classic favorites you would expect from a good Mexican restaurant, such as homemade tortillas and fresh ingredients. The portions are generous and everything is delicious. I ordered through Door Dash and unfortunately, something was missing from my order. However, 3 Queens went above and beyond to make it right by answering the phone promptly and sending me two fantastic drinks (Pink Mojito and Pecan Horchata). Everyone makes mistakes, but the excellent customer service shown by 3 Queens has ensured that I will definitely be returning to support their business. Thank you, 3 Queens, for your exceptional service and delicious food."

"The food used to be fantastic, but something seems to have changed recently. After my first disappointing experience, I decided to give the restaurant a second chance, but there won’t be a third. How can they serve a Reuben sandwich on plain toast instead of grilled bread? The corned beef, sauerkraut, and dressing were fine, but the bread was a major letdown. Food rating: 2/5."

"I was truly amazed with the first bite. You know when a meal is so incredible that you lose track of time and space? Typically, I like to savor each bite, but with this dish, I nearly devoured the Regular Bowl (Sushi Rice, Spicy Tuna, Salmon, Yellowtail, Cucumber and Onion, Avocado, Seaweed Mix, Masago Eggs, Green Onion, Crab Meat, Poki Spicy Sauce) in just 5 minutes. The fish was fresh and high-quality, with a perfect balance of protein and fat. The accompanying ingredients were also fresh, well-seasoned, and nicely portioned. The rice had the right texture and was served warm. Poki Bowl has rightly secured its place in my list of fine and luxurious dining experiences, a spot reserved for indulgence that could, in excess, lead to gout. This was my first time trying Poki Bowl, and it definitely won't be my last."

"While visiting my sister in Hollister, I asked her where a good place to have lunch is. She recommended this place. When we first walked in, I noticed cloth table coverings cloth napkins, and fresh flowers at every table so my first thought was... Expensive! However, I wanted to give it a try and once we saw the menu, the prices were very good for what they offer. I ordered the crispy chicken sandwich, and it was phenomenal! Grilled buttery sourdough bread with crispy chicken with a Wonderful combination of pesto, sun-dried, tomato, and provolone cheese. My brother had the chicken club and seasoned fries and loved it. I tried his fries, and they were very very good! My nephew had the flank steak with tortilla soup and he said it was very tasty. My sister's favorite is their tomato basil soup and she liked their salad. My nephew and I had dessert. He ordered a vanilla bean ice cream and really liked it. I have a chocolate mousse and it was pretty good. Mike was our server and he was very good. Very professional and prompt and he answered all the questions we had and was very pleasant. This is a very lovely restaurant with a nice atmosphere and nice soft background music. It was a little bit of a drive for me coming from San Jose and I have to say it was worth it. I was there anyway, but I would go out of my way to go to this restaurant. A true gem"
