"I live just two blocks away, but I don’t visit often, primarily because of the confusing drive-thru setup. It feels like they cater more to KFC customers, so whenever I go through the drive-thru, I'm constantly asked to pull up front to wait for my order. Sure, gas may as well be free, but waiting outside in 100-degree heat isn’t ideal. And to make matters worse, there have been times when I've received someone else’s order. This place has a lot of potential, but the drive-thru experience is why I don't come here more frequently—especially these days. Also, it’s frustrating to get a flyer for two combos for $10 on Tuesdays, only to find out upon arrival that it’s actually $12. In the past, restaurants would honor the prices on their flyers, but it seems like they only sent them to select neighbors. Nowadays, it feels like the focus is on profits and undervalued employees, which is not what you'd expect from a classic burger joint like A&W. There's definitely potential here."

Quality of the food is the five stars of fast food. The listening skills of the order taker a 3 star rating. Asked server to plz hold the wonderful but fattening cookie and biscuit...bonk they were in the bag and now my waistline.

This happens to be the second upset from this location. And it has gotten worse. I ordered a bacon cheeseburger and I requested no onions and received it with onions. Also the entire burger was really just a terrible mess. For me presentation is everything just as much as taste. My boyfriend has also ordered a chicken basket and never received any sauce for the chicken or honey either that comes with it.

Unfortunately, no one greeted me, and I ended up waiting over five minutes for my order while the staff walked past me without acknowledging my presence. There were no updates on my order, and they ended up forgetting my drink. Drive through only,A&W side closes early I believe 9pm, last couple of time my order has been wrong or missing items. And had to pull over to the front and waited for 20min (conservative time assessment) for my order. I love the A&W cheese curds but thelast couple times have been way over cooked and just don't cut it for the craving.
