"Being vegan, and a human, I could not in good conscience recommend Bajas or any of its affiliates. I tried adding a note on my order to not cross contaminate, however they don't allow requests. I tried calling multiple times and my call was forwarded. My Burrito contained chicken amongst other things I didn't order. you Also put cheese in my order of which I'm allergic to. my first bite literally contained chicken, cheese, and HAIR! TWO black strands of human hair- I wish I took a picture but immediately became sick and threw it down the disposal. Reading the reviews originally, I had assumed people were either lying or being dramatic but now going through a similar experience I 100% back them up. This Bajas should be shut down and every team member retrained to be compliant within Rhode Island food laws. I do expect management to reach out to me or I will be bringing this to the proper authorities within the health department. You should be absolutely ashamed of yourselves.UPDATED- That is a great unmeaningful and strategic response, however you're talking to a very intellectual person. Baja's is like the Subway of Latino dining. You stand at one end of the counter, place your order, and then move down the.line saying what ingredients you want. It's fast, fresh, and reasonably priced.

Is there an extra cost to get clothing tags inside your steak and cheese? Asking for a friend?.absolutely disgusting. Terrible customer service, no refund given, and tried to blame it on the person who bought the sandwich when it?s clearly inside thesteak.

The food here is truly excellent. Just a small note: if you opt for a burrito with a generous amount of meat (you can choose up to three portions), it may become a bit moist or greasy, but it's still enjoyable—just be prepared for some filling to spill out. Everything on the menu is delicious, and the vegetables are always fresh, no matter the time of day. Definitely worth a visit!

The younger female cashier is incredibly rude. Every time I visit, she is there and never misses a chance to be unkind. When I requested hot sauce, she rolled her eyes as if it were a huge inconvenience for her to take just a couple of steps away from the register to get it for me. Vegetarians beware! Not once, but two separate orders in a row, this place has added chicken to my veg orders. I’m not sure why… I called them the first time, and they said I could bring my food back for a replacement. Who has time to do that on a lunch break though? It happened AGAIN last night. I thought we were allowed to choose as many items in the salad bar section that desires our taste. While buying 2 rice bowls the first guy turns to the lday standing behind the counter commenting about a friend I choosing so many selections. She makes thecomment. you know how it goes Since when did men engage in gossip so much!? I 'm hungry, I just came to eat, not to be judgedfor being black or what I choose.. Do better! We were respectful. It 's very sad. Oh well, I 'm just grateful there are many otherBaja locations to choose.. Only low self esteem will make one do such, especially around alpha energy.
