"The food was definitely decent, some dishes were amazing and others were so-so. Our serve was pushy and unfriendly, and she generally had a judgmental, uninterested vibe. There was a mandatory 20% gratuity on our bill, although we would have only given 15% for the service we received. On top of that, there were three kinds of tax, plus fees called “historical preservation” and “kitchen appreciation.” Between the gratuity, taxes, and fees, there was an additional $61 added to our bill, which we could not have anticipated when thinking about how much our dinner would cost. They also had the audacity to ask for extra tip on top of the mandatory gratuity. The food was good and the atmosphere was fun but I probably would not come back based on service and the fees."

Very cool and trendy ambiance upstairs but very loud. Service is slow (not the food—the actual people). Food is good, crab Rangoons are stellar. AYCE dumplings are mushy and greasy.

Food was absolutely exceptional! Had the garlic fried rice with hamachi, sea bass, veggie egg rolls, and the short rib all delicious. Ambiance in the tea room was intimate, yet lively. We will definitely return! View menu

The staff at this restaurant is outstanding, especially in accommodating my request for a quieter table. They were attentive and communicated effectively. The restaurant itself is bustling and noisy, but the food is excellent and the staff are exceptional.

the food was innovativ and very well prepared. the service was attentive, but not intrusive. my only disappointment was that there was no recognition for the special occasion that we celebrated, although I communicated it in advance. the overall experience was excellent!

In general, the restaurant was just okay. The menu had a good selection and the flavors were on point. However, there was limited interaction with the staff during our initial seating and ordering process, and to top it off, the food came out lukewarm. I was not impressed. View menu

I enjoyed the atmosphere of this restaurant. I came here specifically to try the all-you-can-eat soup dumplings, but I was disappointed. The dumplings were mushy and stuck to the pan, and the soup was cold. I would consider returning to try other items on the menu, as it looked promising. However, I felt that the all-you-can-eat option did not provide good value.

The food was absolutely amazing. Our issue was with the level of service we received in the tea room. When we arrived we weren't aware that they have a live DJ on Friday night so the noise level was extremely high and did not promote conversation. My farther in law went to the bar to ask a few questions while we were waiting and was told to speak to his server instead. Our waiter was barely at our table. We had others drop our food, take a second drink order, and refill waters. Our tab was like pretty close to $400 and we feel we just didn't get service worth that amount reguardless of how good the food was.

"Love this place! Absolutely zero complaints. Wife surprised me with a stay in Rino for Father’s Day with Colorado Sake being the main reason for the stay. I’m a sake enthusiast at home. Everything we tried was amazing. We spent a couple of hours and did a couple of flights along with some Kanzake(warm sake) and tried 5-6 different izikaya dishes and they were all amazing. We stumbled upon a comedy show that we didn’t even know was happening which was absolutely hilarious. I loved the place so much, I ended up going back in the morning for round 2 and tried the remaining flavors I missed the night before.Met Taylor and she was incredibly attentive and helped us get through the rest of the flavors so we could pick the 6 bottles I wanted to take home as well as recommending some amazing food options. They had ran out of take home bottles and she did everything in her power to figure out a way for me to be able to bring home the bottles we wanted. Thankfully the owner came in with more bottles right before we left. All in all, one of the best Father’s Day trips I’ve had, such good food and the best drinks.I can’t wait to go down there again. Unfortunately I have a feeling I am going to have a hard time drinking the traditional sake I’m used to because this slightly different version is so damn good!Again shoutout to Taylor and the crew for taking the greatest care of us.This place rocks!!!"

"In a relatively unassuming location north of City Park lies a cute conglomerate of businesses, one of which being Rivers Roads. On nice days, it 's exceptionally setup for indoor/outdoor space. But even on cold days, it 's nice to cozy up with a cup of coffee and soak in the sun flooding the space through the south-facing glass garage doors. The coffee is great! I got my usual cortado, which was served in a small paper cup and featured no latte art , which was unfortunate. But that 's where the disappointment ended, as the flavors were excellent and it was well-balanced between milk and espresso. The space itself is quite spacious even inside, with plenty of plants and unique lighting fixtures. There 's ample cafe-style seating. It 's a great place to stay and work awhile or meet friends for conversations. Music isn 't overpowering, and WiFi is half decent. Not exceptional speeds but 25 up/down is adequate for many basic things. Plenty for me to finish the series finale of See in 4K while sipping my cortado! The staff are always pleasant and I would say more attentive than average, making you feel welcomed immediately. It 's not exactly in my neighborhood, but it 's still a regular spot for me. Seasonal drinks are good and most syrups are made in-house. Food is great. Outdoor patio is spacious and dog-friendly. There 's simply not many downsides, if any. Aside from there not being an actual river."
