"This establishment is definitely not a restaurant and is far from family-friendly, as its clientele primarily consists of individuals who are just looking to drink. I'm not sure who is responsible for the cooking, but the food does not represent authentic Ecuadorian cuisine and takes an exceedingly long time to be prepared. In my experience, what I received was also not what I had ordered. The staff is decent, but the owner or supervisor—whose role I’m not quite sure of—does make an effort to check in with customers and greet them. However, the waitress seemed reluctant to offer me tap water, even trying to convince me to buy bottled water instead. Overall, the place has a great atmosphere and plenty of potential, but it tends to attract the wrong crowd and suffers from poor management."

The food is incredible! I'm currently enjoying a meal here, and I can hardly believe how tasty it is!

Delightful little restaurant with a cozy ambiance – it has a more restaurant-like vibe rather than that of a pub. The dishes are fresh, mostly prepared with local ingredients, and of outstanding quality.

The food is delicious and the ambiance is enjoyable, although it can be somewhat expensive, so choose your dishes wisely. There's a possibility that you may receive something different from what you anticipated. View menu

The food and drinks are both overpriced—$10 for two sodas is absurd. The portions for my entree were quite small as well. I had hoped things would improve at this restaurant, but I definitely won’t be returning. Adjust your prices and portion sizes, or you might not be in business for long. Speaking as a business owner, I encourage you to make these changes.

Terrible experience. I was charged $12 for a margarita that was mostly ice. I returned it, but they still charged me for it without me even touching it. I was also charged tax on the bill and then again when we paid with our credit card. The service was awful, and there was no customer care. The server should have asked if we wanted something else instead of serving us a terrible drink and then charging us for it after taking it back.

I am extremely disappointed! The staff appears to be completely disorganized when the manager is not around. Each time we've ordered the seafood soup, we received chicken broth mixed with seafood instead, which is certainly not the same. Furthermore, our delivery took an additional hour and a half beyond the estimated time, and one of our orders was completely missing. When I called the restaurant, the woman I spoke with raised her voice, insisting that it wasn't her fault if the kitchen made a mistake, and she refused to listen to my concerns. People like that have no place in the service industry! I will never order from this restaurant again! View menu

Vinny, the owner of this delightful little restaurant, provided us with exceptional service. He was attentive to our group's orders and needs, showcasing professionalism, friendliness, and a genuine willingness to accommodate us. Thank you, Vinny, for making our dining experience truly enjoyable! The restaurant specializes in Ecuadorian cuisine, and I ordered the chalulan, which included fried rice with chicken, beef, shrimp, and sweet plantains. The food was incredibly delicious, and I will definitely be back. My only minor critique is that the seating arrangement feels more like a bar setup than a traditional dining space. Other than that, everything was fantastic!

This establishment is definitely not a restaurant and is far from being family-friendly, as its main clientele appears to be people simply looking to drink. I'm unsure who the chef is, but the food does not represent true Ecuadorian cuisine; preparation takes a long time, and in my experience, what I received was not what I ordered. The staff is decent, and the owner—or manager, I’m not entirely sure—does check in on patrons and provides a warm welcome. However, the waitress was hesitant to serve me tap water and instead tried to sell me bottled water. Overall, the venue has a lovely ambiance and great potential, but it suffers from poor management and misplaced priorities.

"When we called to reserve a table, no one informed us that there was a dining time limit of 1.5 hours. My friend wanted to invite more people to join us for dinner, but I was unsure if everyone would agree to the minimum charge of $60, including taxes and tips. I confirmed a reservation for 7 people during my second call, but ultimately, only 6 of us showed up. The table we were given was quite small, making it uncomfortable for six people, especially with the mandatory minimum spending of $60, as well as a 20% tip. For just two people, the minimum tip is 18%. I was confused about the dining time limit—was it two hours or 1.5? The party area was limited to just the backyard for additional seating. I was with friends who didn’t know the group well, and we arrived early at 3 PM, but we couldn’t wait until 6:30 PM. That’s why we ended up sitting at a separate table for two. Unfortunately, the restaurant didn’t seem to care and couldn’t arrange for us to be seated closer together. We had no choice in the matter. To make matters worse, the female waiter had a poor attitude. It felt like we were dining in a sidewalk market. She questioned another girl who served me ponzu sauce, apparently because I looked impatient when I saw her face. Her attitude only worsened after that. It seems like they need to train their employees better, as they seem unaware of how to provide good service. As for the food, it was just okay, typical of basic Japanese cuisine. There were too many restrictions! Customers are forced to adhere to the restaurant’s rules and limitations. I cannot recommend this place unless someone is specifically looking for a fast-food experience. In short, I don’t think I’ll be returning next time."
