"On an exclamation point to my 6 hour stint on Maui on September 16, my friend and I came here to kill time at the Maui Mall. Then I saw Baskin Robbins.Definitely a good thing to have ice cream on your birthday, even if it's the day before your actual birthday. Any day is great for ice cream, to be honest. With that said, we came to this Baskin Robbins ice cream store in beautiful Kahului, Maui. There was no line here, except for one person and their daughter that was ahead of us. But they allowed us to cut in front of them because they did not know what they wanted anyway. After looking at the various flavors of ice cream, that Baskin and Robbins had to offer, I knew what I wanted, which was the plain chocolate. Definitely was the highlight, or at least one of it during my short, stay on Maui. That experience here was pretty quick, spending only about 10 minutes, because I knew what I wanted. For the most part, though, ice cream is awesome and I was happy enough to have access to one nearby after and amazing epic lunch at Mama's Fish House in Paia. I ordered a pint of the basic chocolate ice cream, which I ended up eating at the airport before heading to TSA. The service here was typical and friendly. I'm glad that I got a chance to have a pint of ice cream here at Baskin-Robbins because I would have probably gotten nuts if I didn't have any ice cream on my birthday. Thankful that I got a chance to have that satisfaction on my birthday here on Maui. well, there are probably numerous Places on the island to get your ice cream treat, Baskin Robbins is a favorite brand that sells ice cream by the gallon. If you're in the area and enjoy ice cream as much as I do, consider Baskin Robbins at your go to specialty ice cream shop. Definitely a place to stop while you're on Maui, coming in or going out.The overall experience here at this Baskin Robbins location in the Maui Mall in Kahului, Maui was very nice, casual, and unexpected, because my friend push me away when I decided to pay for my ice cream and she pulled out $10 bill and paid the cashier. Hence, the unexpected part. I know it was part of my birthday but it really caught me off guard. The prices here are on point with other ice cream parlors, national chain or otherwise. you can get a pint of ice cream for around $10, which is probably more of value than getting a double scoop around $7. You pay more but you get more, obviously. The restaurant itself was very clean and very nice. It was also kind of small, but there was a lot of space to move and meander around. They do have a couple of tables for customers to sit and eat. Baskin and Robbins is a feel good place that families and individuals love to go to. Who doesn't like ice cream? One day I would want to try them all, but who could say no to chocolate. It is quite awesome to begin with, and so, if you're in the area and need that Sugar Fix, come to Baskin-Robbins. They'll hook you up.This Baskin and Robbins location is located in Kahului Maui. They are located at the Maui Mall. Its physical address is 70 E Kaahumanu Avenue. The Queen Kaahumanu Center is nearby. They except major, credit cards, as well as cash. As far as packing goes, you'll have plenty of parking here since you're at the Maui Mall. There's parking for you. If you are like me, you can get here via the Maui bus system. Since the Mally Mall is centrally, located from the airport in all points Inn, Kahului or Wailuku, you can get here with relative ease. Just Google maps or ask the driver on which bus you intend on going. I think it's basically either the Kahului Loop or the reverse loop, but I cannot be too sure on that. For whatever reason that life gives you and you need ice cream, consider Baskin and Robbins here in Kahului. He just me and the best thing ever for a trying day. Or just because they awesome and you need something awesome to have on a quintessential trip to Maui. My top favorite would the straight chocolate, although there are various forms of chocolate that would be deeme"

The customer service here is excellent! I'm in the states but wanted to give my daughter her usual birthday cake. Tried the app., didn't offer the choice I wanted, really difficult to navigate. Called store, spoke with Princess, and was able to get exactly what I wanted in about 5 minutes. She was so sweet! Helpful, polite, very professional. Thank you

The staff at this restaurant was fantastic, providing excellent customer service. We found them to be very friendly. Following dinner, my family and I stopped by and were pleasantly surprised by the teenage boy named Malekai, who was extremely helpful, respectful, and funny. They offered a wide variety of flavors to choose from. I highly recommend this place for a delicious dessert after dinner.

I came to this restaurant tonight to redeem my free birthday scoop. I decided to add whipped cream, hot fudge, and a cherry to my order, willing to pay the extra cost. I assumed I would only pay around 85 cents more, as the difference between a single scoop and a sundae. However, to my surprise, the total was $2.97 before tax. Each additional item cost 99 cents, even a single cherry! I felt like the prices were unreasonable and it left a bad impression on me as a customer. View menu

I don't know what all the other negative reviews are talking about. We just left the Maui aquarium and had a great time. We all wanted something to cool us off so we punched ice cream into the GPS and Baskin Robbins showed up. We proceeded here and ordered some cool treats and were very happy with our order. The guy that made our ice cream was friendly and did a good job. If you're ever on the island of Maui and want some good ice cream, stop on in. You'll be glad you did.PEACE!

Download the app for specials and coupons. Ordered the oreos and cookies cappuccino blast and it was delicious. Similar to a Frappuccino, but much more creamier and smooth due to the richness of the ice cream. Delicious! Just the right amount of sweetness and coffee. This drink would've been almost $9 if it wasn't for the 50% off coupon for any size cappuccino blast featured in the app. I wouldn't pay almost $9, but should be priced in the $6-7 range without a coupon. Wasn't too busy when I stopped in and had 3 people working (1 was in training).
