"I went to baskin robbins (reedley) last saturday. The person that helped me was Heidi. This employee looked at us and immediately gave us attitude and gave me a hard time when i was ordering. I've always ordered my smoothie same way and noemployee there ever questioned it. this girl kept questioning it and making comments and not just that but she had an angry lookin her eyes like hate. This girl had an ugly bad attitude she's as ugly on inside as she is outside. She was so rude she ruinedmy day. BUT about 5 mins later a spanish speaking brown person that looked like her came in and she was the sweetest mosthelpful person to her. Im sure any intelligent person reading this can see that this was the reason for all her hate andrudeness it was the fact i was not same skin color as her and i spoke english. Bottom line is She was prejudice. My family andwill never there again i will take my hard earned money to a business where they font have racist employees working there."

The service was friendly, the restaurant was clean, and the creative elements on display were really cute. I just wish they offered more than one non-dairy option. I can see why they might not sell many non-dairy options here. Overall, it was a pleasant experience.

The Reedley location is always attentive to your orders and they make them pretty quick. Just keep in mind that when it does get busy not to be mad at the workers because I can guarantee the problem is the customer taking their time and changing theirorders last second, so cut them a break and if possible leave them a tip.
