"Just know that if you go in summer when their whole windows/doors opening to the street you are directly next to the elevated trains and subjected to the LOUD noise of their passing every few minutes. In winter I imagine it's more muted since the place isn't open to the outdoors. It's pleasant since they don't have to use AC but OMG the noise, plus sirens and such...being on Broadway."
