"I have to say, it felt like I had died and gone to Heaven! I ordered a sesame seed bagel with lox and all the toppings, and with the first bite, I was immediately transported back to New York. I never thought I would find a sesame seed lox bagel in Holland, MI, but I did at Big Apple Bagels! It was an incredible experience! This has now become my favorite bagel place, and I will definitely be back. The atmosphere is wonderful, and the customer service is friendly and attentive. I rate this a perfect 10 out of 10!"

I'm not usually one to voice complaints, but the bagels I had this morning were quite disappointing. I ordered two toasted Asiago bagels with plain cream cheese and salsa cream cheese. Unfortunately, the bagels were overcooked and lacked sufficient Asiago cheese. Additionally, there wasn't enough cream cheese to even spread across the entire bagel. This experience left me feeling really let down, and I honestly don't think I'll be returning.

I drove across town because the Big Apple Bagel on Washington had run out of all the popular bagels by 9 AM and wasn't making any more for the day, which was such a letdown. I decided to try this shop instead, and I was pleased to find it well-stocked with bagels, muffins, and a variety of cheeses. The staff were friendly and engaging, making for a delightful experience. From now on, I’ll definitely choose this shop over the one on Washington Street!
