"this is one of our favorite biggbys in the opposite! the employees here are generally friendly. the drinks and bragels are sometimes better at this place, the service seems faster, and they are located directly on the road of bush park! it is better or worse, depending on the staff on this day. Today the drinking cup sirup had run down the sides (without serviettes given and no straw), the egg/cheese on the bragel was cold on the touch. No, it was not busy, really depends on who works."

Loved the coffee, and the service. Wish there was a location in south jersey.

Usually a good experience here. I would give it like a 9/10, but that's not an option so 5 it is! View menu

Certainly you love the friendliness of the site staff. New to work in the area and it is a great place. If you like white mocha, I recommend the white-lighting cold brew.

Adjusted my review from 4 stars to 1 star. They went from being consistently good to consistently messing up every single order. Idk if it's new management or what but this locations quality has vastly lowered. View menu

Go to Fenton location almost daily and today, Sunday December 12th, went and ordered my frozen coconut latte and when they gave it to me, it was only two thirds filled….at least charge me for the lesser amount. My husband and I laughed, but when you pay for a 24 ounce coffee you should get it!

Typical coffee shop with fast, friendly, knowledgeable staff. I had put on a gift card and when I tried to use it the was not there, but upon speaking to other employees they knew of the computer glitch and had my set aside for me. Love this place. The staff is always willing to help with flavor combos, and their coffee selection is vast.

"I really love Crust and go all the time to their location in the Flint Farmers Market. I was in Fenton today and decided to stop into their main location. It really pains me to say that I was disappointed because that 's not what I wanted to write about this place. I am sure it was great. I was going to grab a crusty loaf of bread and some salted butter to make grilled cheese at home....only to find out no real loaves to speak of but two plain loaves presliced that were hidden away behind glass and other goodies I barely noticed them. Decided to just grab a sandwich out of the deli case and a specialty cold brew coffee from their barista recommendation board. To my surprise when I was rung up and it cost just over $19!!!! There was no price displayed on the sandwich and I noticed that the other drinks had a $6-8 price range. So my sandwich cost potentially anywhere from $11-$13 and it was dry...there was one mayo packet and one Dijon and I had to take a sip after every bite to get it down. So much so that the other half I just opened up and ate the components separate from one another. I could see the cost of this included some sort of side like a bag of chips or a pickle so it was more of a meal . Will say the atmosphere is great and the staff very nice, friendly, and helpful. Will definitely go back as I really do enjoy them. Would love to check out the restaurant itself.l for sure at some point."
