"We came to this BJ’s on a Thursday around 7:30 pm. We had a party of four! Parking lot was almost full, few spots left right in front of the restaurant. But there was still plenty of parking in farther parking lots. No waiting to be seated! Walked rightin. By the time we left, around 8:45 pm, there was lots of people in the lobby and outside waiting to be seated. Also, parkinglots were pretty full by then. So come around 6 or 7 pm. Hostess in front was not too welcoming. She wasn’t rude, she justdidn’t feel very inviting. No smiles, no welcome. Just straight to business. Again, there was no waiting, it was just us inline! Our waitress was cool. Very friendly, very helpful. Her name was Daysha (Not sure that I am spelling it correctly, shedidn’t have a name tag. it was a cool name. She was quick and accurate with our orders. The food was good. At least for mostof us. My wife’s Buffalo chicken pizza was definitely not the best. It was very chewy, like uncooked dough, even though itlooked cooked. She only had one slice. So we all shared from our meals with her. Our other meals were actually really good. Nocomplaints there. My wife didn’t want to say anything, because she doesn’t trust it when we have to send something back.Luckily, this doesn’t happen often. We are regulars at BJ’s, just not the one at this location. I do love the BJ’s app.I’ve had it for a long time now. I don’t have to wait for the check, I can just pay it through the app!"

The service was good, aside from the fact we had to wait 2hrs. Our food were served quick. The waitress was super attentive and friendly. I am not impressed with the food. In all, it was an okay experience.

Horrible, found a nail in my food. Filled out a report and they never even explained how the nail got there. I got half off the check but no explanation, worst experience ever. Avoid this Bj’s or Bj’s in general.

It was super charred. It felt like i was only eating the burnt part of the chicken and the strawberry lemonade was pretty good but too sweet for me. The pasta was Penne but had Spaghetti in it too which was weird and also tasted like burnt chicken. All in all a waste of $30+ View menu

Service: Outstanding. Our server, Juliet, delivered exceptional service. I’m still amazed at how quickly she provided me with the smoothest drink refill I've ever experienced. I finished my drink, and before I even realized it, I had a fresh cup and straw in front of me. She definitely deserves a raise!

Went to have apps and pizookies on a Tuesday. The food server gave us an extra app by mistake so we got free chips and dip! Pizookies never fail to impress. We had the tri-tip sliders and the artichoke dip. Pizookies were the strawberry shortcake,s’mores with chocolate ice cream, the triple chocolate, and a regular chip.

The server was friendly but quite slow and easily distracted. We ordered wine as soon as we sat down, but it took 25 minutes to be served. We noticed it sitting by the bartender for at least 15 minutes before the server picked it up. We had to remind him twice before it finally arrived. On a positive note, the food from the kitchen was hot and fresh. However, the female bartender seemed more focused on chatting with her fellow servers than attending to the tables in the bar. Maybe we got the B team this time, but there was a lot off about our most recent order. We had one regular cheeseburger with no pickles and added mayo and ketchup- but the one that arrived had bacon and pickles (not asked for), but no ketchup or mayo, we ordered loaded mashed potatoes but only received regular mashed potatoes, the fry containers were barely filled and cold, our drink was missing, and there wasnt any cutlery. All in all, we would hope for higher quality food after paying over $90. Disappointing experience.

Dear Anthony Le (managing director and shareholder of BJ’s), I Came here for dinner at 8pm. Ordered right when I sat down. Waited 30 minutes for the food to come out. I did not see the waiter for over 25 minutes until I tracked him down and asked himwhat the orders Status was. He did not come back to inform me. I then went to your manager Jonathon Moore for some assistance. There was no apology. He tried to get the food out and When the food came out the food was all cold and they said the kitchenwas struggling to make it. The chicken sandwich was rock hard like it was over fried and the calamari was completely cold. Iam not a person who writes reviews but this is too much to not address. I...

"I have dined at this restaurant numerous times over the years, and each visit has been enjoyable. The staff is kind and attentive, the food is consistently delicious, and the atmosphere is laid-back. My family and I typically come here to celebrate special occasions, but I always find it a delight to eat here. The menu offers plenty of options, along with seasonal specials. Some of my favorites include the fish from the grill menu, lobster rolls, oysters, appetizers, and house drinks. I love pairing my grilled fish entrees with sautéed spinach, garlic mashed potatoes, grilled asparagus, and corn as side dishes. You can have any fish from the menu grilled or blackened to your preference. For drinks, I’ve enjoyed the house specials, draft beers, a variety of spirits, wines, and mocktails. Recently, I ordered the Moscow Mule, Old Fashioned, Dark and Stormy, and some cold beers. The mocktails are also fantastic, featuring fresh ingredients like in the Berry Smash and The Spa; they’re all refreshing choices. My family highly recommends the key lime pie and butter cake for dessert—both were incredible. The key lime pie was sweet with a pleasant tang, while the butter cake was tasty and spongy. Even the kids in our group were thrilled with their selections from the fun kids’ menu, which included chicken tenders, fried shrimp, fish and chips, and more, along with activities, crayons, and temporary tattoos, ensuring an enjoyable experience for the entire family. One of the best aspects of this restaurant is its spacious indoor and patio dining areas, which can easily accommodate parties of any size, making it perfect for any occasion. The decor strikes a nice balance between rustic and modern. Additionally, there’s a fully stocked bar in the center of the dining area with some TVs for watching sports. Overall, this is a top-notch restaurant, and I look forward to enjoying many more meals here."
