"Saturday Morning quick seating especially for two. First time here let me tell you QUANTITY AND QUALITY breakfast delicious I was told it’s homemade sure seems like it. I got a country fried steak comes with home potatoes, 3 eggs, biscuits and gravy. The biscuits and gravy are great biscuit not dry and hard they are super soft and fluffy the home potatoes are well cooked. I also order chili bowl was good daughter order chicken avocado sandwich which was great she said and paid $43 but the quantity of the food we got was for 4 people well worth it will be back. Oh and look for Skylar great waitress."

Soooooo good! REAL corned beef hash! Huge portions!! Do not go at noon on a Sunday, lol. We couldn't even park, so we came back on Monday. So glad that we did!! Planning on going back before we get back on the road!!

Had a nice meal. Was perfect weather to sit outside. Unfortunately, the patio tables are a little neglected and we were concerned the leg was going to give out! The server was very accommodating and we were happy. I always recommend the pancakes here. Also, the avocado club was very good.

We had a great lunch. My favorite Patty Melt was great. Rye bread and more fries than I could eat. My wife had soup of the day and 1/2 sandwich which was very good for her smaller appetite. Good service. We were seated right away. Very clean and kept that way. We have been in many Black Bears when we travel and the were all very similar.

I ordered the Thanksgiving New York Steak special. The meat potatoes are amazing! However, I got a cup of green beans mixed veggies rather than the side salad with the Bacon Ranch. Also, the two Onion Rings that are pictured on the online menu were not on my order. The Dasher himself was great, and the correct food that DID arrive was delicious, but not quite as described. Awesome! Made some variations from the breakfast menu with no questions asked. They even brought me more gravy for my biscuits and gravy! But the California omelet stole the show and was exactly what I wanted with the addition of bacon and spinach. My coffee cup was continuously kept full. Super service! Friendly and fast, but I never felt rushed. Can't wait to come back and try the burger!

Stopped in for breakfast on way Tucson. 2nd time eating here. 630am -730am is the sweet spot for quick seating. Not crowded at this time. Great decor and atmosphere. Love the bear theme. Waitress was friendly and helpful. We had the Shasta scramble with toast and bacon. The bacon...outstanding!!! Don't miss out on this smokey deliciousness. Scambles were just right and low calorie. Add a little bear sauce to spice it up.
