"I already knew Montana was king, for years Ive said the best bbq Ive had in my life was in Great Falls. I was skeptikal when i arrived, its connected to a gas station after all. I ordered the small rib plate and the brisket and smoked turkey combo. I actually ate in order of greatness coincidentally...the slaw, nothing special, the potato salad, yumm love eggy potatoy joy. Then the beans extra good big hunks of pork sweet and thick. Then the brisket, never had brisket like this not overdone with some pink so thick and juicy. The turkey, perfectly smoked juicy and a joy to eat. Then the ribs.... My oh my never ever have i had ribs like this. At first glance they seem charred snd look dry. Then you bite in and its so tender moist and just the right spice rub on it. You know its real goodness when they serve all their meats unsauced, thats confidence in your perfectly cooked offerings. I would have paid 100 for this it was that good. I feel deeply saddened that i live 1000 miles away."

We had ribs, pulled pork and ham...all were beyond excellent. Potato salad was good as was the baked yam. Baked beans were a little bland but I didn't care...I had more ribs to eat.

Maybe the best BBQ in Billings. Blues is situated inside a gas station which may hurt its traffic unless you know it’s there. The brisket is above average, needs more seasoning but is flavorful. The ribs are really good, the beans and potato salad are both very good. View menu

Once again I ordered Blues BBQ food for a family function. When we are done eating my 99-year-old grandma comes over to me and asked where is that pulled pork from? I told her it was from Blues BBQ. She says that's the best pulled pork I've ever had!!! Of course I totally agree!

A great hole in the wall food place, don't let the gas station pulling deter ya, their pulled pork sandwiches are fabulous and their ribs and brisket, not dry, nice and soft, not chewy, topping it all of with a great flavor with or without the side of bbq sauce.
