Fantastic Service, Broths are all homemade! Wonderful new take on individual hotpot.

Very good food and atmosphere, this is the food people loving eating in China, very good taste and large portion.

The atmosphere is clean and modern, and the staff are friendly. However, the food was quite lacking in flavor. I left feeling disappointed after my visit. View menu

The food was delicious, and the staff was very friendly. I definitely want to return and explore more of their hot pot options. The spicy hot pot was fantastic! It's a cozy little restaurant, so it can get quite busy on the weekends.

I went to Boiling bowl last night for dinner with some friends. We got a few appetizers and 4 hot pots. This was my first experience with a hot pot and really enjoyed the food! I got the spicy bowl and pot stickers. Not 5 stars due to the food taking longer than expected to come out, but took that with a grain of salt because the restaurant just opened, and I’m sure they are working out some kinks! Will be coming back to try some other items on the menu:

Me and my family went to eat at the new this new hot pot restaurant in Salt Lake City. The restaurant’s environment was very clean and organized. The service was great and the waiters were patient to introduce the menu to us. We ordered some Beef skewers, shrimp skewers, and the signature hot pot… I think that it was an awesome experience everyone was able to have their own hot pot. Typically, when I try a new place and get something I end up not liking I could assume it's just the specific dish I ordered that I didn't like and would just come back next time and try something else. We’ve heard about this place from a very famous Utah Foodie so we decided to check it out. Service was very slow but very understandable because they’re still new and trying to figure things out. The environment was nice, clean, and quiet. However, it was too quiet it felt awkward so music would add a nice ambience to this place. The food tasted alright. I visited this restaurant for the first time and was really impressed by how friendly the waitstaff and owners were. I must say, the Beef Skewers are a perfect 10/10. The potstickers were also very tasty. They surprised us with a complimentary dessert: a crepe filled with bananas, chocolate, and caramel. We completely cleaned our plates! My friend ordered the boiling bowl, which looked amazing, and I had the Kimchi bowl with beef, which was incredibly good.
