"I?ve never been to a place where the customer is nicer than the worker. My fiancé sat there when there was only 2 cars and then the lady said ?pull up and I?ll bring your sh^t out to you? and then waited for 30 min.They always forget my ranch,and on my sandwich they put a glob of cheese on one side and chicken on the other. After my fiancé had to go back in for the ranch he stood there and the worker just looked at him and walked away even tho no one was in line. The other worker had to demand someone to assist him and when my fiancé said ?thank you so much??? the lady rudely walked away in sass."

I have tried to eat breakfast here many times, the sausage and egg is delicious but the biscuits are hard as a rock and they fall apart not to mention crunchy, until you fix the biscuits no more business from me

The last 3 times I've I went through the drive thru, I have had to wait around 20 minutes to get to the speaker only to be told they're out of chicken. I love Bojangles but not enough to wait that long. If they are out of chicken then they need to letpeople know before they wait in line forever

I don’t often get the chance to visit a BJ location unless I’m traveling south, so while I was in the Carolina/Tennessee area, I had to stop by! The service was fast, and the biscuits were hot, soft, and delicious. I highly recommend the Cajun biscuit with cheese and tomato! The only thing that could have been improved was if the hash rounds had been a bit crispier.

Horrible customer service !!!! Food is disgusting and old looks like it?s been sitting for hours which I use to work here so I know it has definitely been sitting under a warmer for hours they don?t like to make it fresh after a certain time endless they have to, if I were you I would save the time and go to the one on 25th street they make everything correctly no matter what time of day it is this experience has been the worst I?ve had with a bojangles so far.
