"We stopped into the BoJangles in Burgaw, NC tonight around 8:30. Their sign said open until 10:30 pm. After waiting at the counter for at least 10 minutes, a young man came over to take our order. I ordered the grilled chicken sandwich. He replied that they were cooking some now and it would be about 8 minutes. I said that was fine, I didn 't mind waiting. My husband ordered the 2 piece dark dinner. The young man said we don 't have any chicken. We just have 1 breast and that 's all I was afraid to ask what they had planned to put on my sandwich. I promise the sign out front says BoJangles Chicken ! We said we would just go elsewhere. Why were they open? Just so they could tell everyone that they don 't have chicken? Sorry folks, no pictures cause we ain 't got no chicken!"

I would only recommend their blueberry biscuits. Their chicken strips were the smallest and most flavorless chicken strips I've ever had. Overall, the meal was cold, dry and flavorless.

The first place I tried after moving to North Carolina was a disappointment. The sweet tea was overwhelmingly sugary, the mac and cheese had a burnt taste, and the mashed potatoes didn’t even seem fully cooked. I specifically requested a regular box of chicken, but instead, I received a mix of spicy and regular chicken all in one box!

I ordered two large chicken biscuit combos (with the large fries) and was only given one honey mustard sauce. They even wanted to charge me 42 cents for an extra sauce. That's ridiculous!
