"Stopped in here for dinner. It was really busy but we were seated pretty quickly. Food was fine. I had the Al Pastor tacos. Beans rice were good. The chips and salsa were good. The guac was very dense and ok but not great. The service was friendly and attentive. We had a picky teen in our party and there was fish-fry and waffle fries for them. The real bummer was the margarita. We ordered the classics (1 Milagros 2 Jose Cuervo). They come in an odd glass (on the rocks only) with a salt rim and a long straw. If you use the straw you don’t get the salt but the shape of the glass makes drinking straight out of the glass not easy. But the real problem was that the drinks tasted like rubbing alcohol. No balance. Really unpleasant. Everyone who ordered the margarita felt the same way. In general the margarita menu was a tri-fold with the options kind of laid out and typeset in an unappealing and confusing way. Next time I’ll stick with a beer."

The experience was quite basic, with nothing remarkable to mention. The service was also slow. View menu

they messed up my order, i reached out so many times to get it resolved, no help, so i took it to facebook messenger to try to get my funds back, and all they did was send me a thumbs up on facebook messenger, awful.

This is our favorite restaurant. The food is consistently delicious, the prices are fair for the quality you receive, and the service is always quick. The bathroom decor is quite intriguing, though (you know what I mean) ? View menu

I went on a Sunday around 3 p.m., and we had immediate seating. It wasn't busy at all. It was very relaxing and peaceful inside. Our server was very nice and everyones food was good.. although the chicken meat in the chimichanga could've had some kind of seasoning.. it was so bland. I regretted getting it. It was just a massive load of plain chicken meat smothered in cheese.. no flavor whatsoever.

If you're looking to have a true Mexican experience with true Mexican flavor this is not the place. The food lacked flavor and tasted like food from your local bar. The enchiladas did not have right taste and steak came in big chunks, overcooked and lacked flavor. I asked for avocado slices and was happy to pay extra, got a 2 oz guacamole cup. Also, the tostada was terrible as for the beans and rice. The salsa was the stuff you buy from pick n save that comes in jars, at least I felt. If what you seek is a true Mexican experience go to a local restaurant in the south side. My girlfriend said her shrimp fajitas also lacked flavor. The worst 50 dollars I spent for two. This place should not be...

"This restaurant was really trying to be the third coast by dumping the entire ocean 's worth of salt into their dishes. I have never been so thirsty in my life the day after I ate here. With the number of great reviews on top of the beautiful interiors, I had such high expectations for this restaurant that I happily brought my partner and his father (who traveled from out of the country to visit to the restaurant. Imagine my disappointment and embarrassment for bringing them here, only to be given overpriced and oversalted food. The only redeeming factors of the restaurant were the interior design (absolutely gorgeous , the potholes (delicious but still salty , and our waitress who served us in the mezzanine on 10/8 (I forgot her name, sorry! . When we first got our appetizer--the mushrooms, we were literally eating a spoonful of salt at a time. I RARELY send back food, but I had to send the mushrooms back before the dish induces any hypertensive emergency among us. After we got the new mushrooms dish after telling our waitress we wanted just 1/4-1/3 of the salt, the dish still came back extremely salty and the waitress said the cook apologized for ACCIDENTALLY DOUBLE-SALTING THE DISH. I 'm sorry, but WHAT. All of our subsequent dishes then tasted all just like salt without a hint of other seasoning. I wasn 't sure if it 's because our tastebuds were so skewed after eating so much salt that our remaining dishes just didn 't taste that great. It was just salty. Anyways we walked out with a $260 bill for three people which was outrageous for this quality of food in Milwaukee of all places. I 'm not sure how people are raging about this restaurant. I have sworn to never return and have told others to avoid going to this restaurant altogether. Opt for somewhere else for better quality food that 's actually worth the cost."
