"Might’ve been the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. Took 29 minutes for 2 cars to get thru. Messed up my order of a 2 chicken strip combo.. and looked like somewhat sat on my sundae. Just sad and at the window to pay nobody was there, I pull up to have an employee harass me that I should’ve paid and he didn’t even acknowledge that nobody was at the pay window that I waited 5 minutes at."

I had to wait 15 minutes for my burrito, and when it finally arrived, it was incorrect. I spoke with the manager, Tori, but she seemed indifferent to the situation. I noticed another customer arrived after me and received their food before I did, while the drive-thru line was moving along quickly.

We waiting over 30 mins in line for the drive thru then they told us that the drive thru was closed At 6:30pm... they had very few people working so lines in the lobby was crazy. No spoons for ice cream. Ppl kept coming up saying something was wrong or missing. Avoid this bruams during beak time prolly.
