"Never again! My husband and I went for a quick dinner last night. We stood at the host stand waiting until someone came and when they finally did they said to sit anywhere. The place seemed kinda run down and dirty and only 1 table on the side we went towas being used by a family. We waited to be acknowledged and then given menus to order. When we got our order my husband orderedthe 10 wing and fries combo and they gave him just 16 wings instead. The server said she’d take the wings back to the kitchenand have them do the correct order. My husband said no because that would waste the wings to just get an order of fries for him.The servers were out of site for a very long time and my husband was finished eating and still no fries! He waited for about 10minutes to get a refill on his soda with no server in sight! He actually got up and walked over to the fountain area and filledhis own drink and sat back down. The fries came in a few minutes after that, so we just asked for a to-go box because it wasalready too late. Never once were we asked if everything was OK. Never once were we asked if we wanted anything else. We justheard people talking and laughing from the back area, which I’m guessing is the expo/kitchen area. I’m in the business andhave to say this is an embarrassment for a restaurant. The only thing that was good was the seasoned fries and my sweet andtangy boneless wings."

I went to a soccer game with my son on Sunday and enjoyed the Buffalo Chicken Tacos, while he had a kids' pizza. Corey, a longtime staff member, provided excellent service and made sure we were well taken care of. He was fantastic! I’m looking forward to trying the wings on my next visit.

Place has become disgusting. Not what it was in years past. Staff extremely rude. Manager brought her kids who she has no control off running everywhere pestering guests and staff. Food was not edible and saw two other tables send food back for beingfrozen on the plate. Place was filthy. I cant imagine what the kitchen looks like. It's time to lock the doors.

I went to Bru's Room Grill in Boynton Beach with some friends who raved about the wings. I was a bit disappointed with the Garlic Parmesan wings—they were overloaded with cheese, too much for my taste. However, the Triple Threat wings were excellent, perfectly sweet and spicy. Maybe there’s been a change in the kitchen? Despite that, I’d likely return to try other dishes. The atmosphere was also really nice. View menu

I recently visited Bru's Room for the first time in several years, and I can’t believe I waited so long to come back. The staff was incredible—Rachel at the bar, Lamont as our server, and Sal in the kitchen all provided outstanding customer service. The buffalo chicken tacos were absolutely delicious, and the prices are fantastic as well. If you’re on a budget, I highly recommend going during happy hour from 4 PM to 7 PM or 10 PM to close. Six years ago, I loved their drinks, and it seems nothing has changed!

Went during a non busy time where it was self seating. Ordered egg rolls, 10 wings and a burger. Noticed something was off when the food didn’t come out for 40mins. the server stopped coming to our table as well until she caught a glance of us and anempty table. Noticed the door girl bring a food order that was sitting up front for at least half hour get rushed back and our“order” just so happened to be ready at that point. Our food was definitely mistaken as pick up as it was all cold by thetime it got to us. There’s a Buffalo Wild Wings walking distance from this location. Definitely recommend taking the walk nextdoor instead of dining here.

"Driftwood 's vibe feels like you 're eating at the place in Adam Sandler 's movie 50 First Dates. Hawaiian and beachy, you enter off Federal Highway and feel like you have been taken somewhere. It feels relaxed and welcoming without being overly kitschy. A 7 p.m. reservation was made on a Saturday night, and the place was filled and jamming by 7:30. You need a reservation. Cisco, our friendly waiter, was happy-go-lucky, but we had to catch him on the fly many times to place orders. They needed more help. He explained that Driftwood was all about local and fresh and that they were written up in the Palm Beach Post a while back, claiming them as one of the ten best in Palm Beach County. We were salivating, starved, and stoked. The menu is eclectic and we couldn 't make up our minds, so we ordered a bunch of dishes to share. We started with their milk bread, which is essentially warm, fresh rolls with 'everything ' seasoning. There were two butter sides; one was whipped, the other whipped with harissa. I am not a fan of either; we wished they just made it simple with regular butter. We then got sweet and sour cauliflower (a standout which was deftly fried with a sticky tangy sauce; fish and chips which came with a nice, homemade tarter sauce and a bit of pickled vegetables over a potato chip . The potato thing showed up again in a brined and grilled (sous vide and smoked? chicken breast with a mornay sauce (we had it on the side, but it was tasteless, and the chicken was spongy , and we all agreed the potato thing was a greasy cross between a knish and a latke. It did not work for us, but they are proud of that dish, as you can tell from Cisco 's description. Ultra-crispy tempura string beans with aioli was a particularly unappealing-looking hot mess of a dish but delicious nonetheless. Dry-brined chicken wings were tender and juicy, but the dusting of seasoning felt odd in our mouths. Shrimp and grits had some funky red swirl of sauce, which ruined the dish for us, and their forever staying on their menu chicken and dumplings was a fail for us, as the chicken, while there, seemed non-existent and the dumplings undercooked. The oddest part of the whole meal was the french fries, which, take it from me, were the frozen kind that you buy in the supermarket. Why? Why go through all that trouble to explain yourself as a fresh, local food spot and have frozen fries? The drinks menu was vast and geared toward fruity rum drinks. I had a beer, and my friend had a hurricane that did not taste like the New Orleans variety but a lemony, tangy cocktail. The straws were metal, which was cute. Our party decided that Driftwood tried too hard to be different. While the food was okay and sounded exciting, no one dish would drive us back. The dessert menu was strange, so we went to Carvel afterward."
