Burger King - Menu

Employees crack under pressure. Waited 15min. as 3rd car in line. Manager Tony was having a bad day. He was super rude and abrasive. Order was wrong. Everything was cold. Terrible.Protip. TONY, QUIT YOUR DAY JOB!

I visited the largest Burger King I've ever seen in my life at 122nd and Division in Portland. The food wasn't cooked properly, the new sourdough burger was overcooked and unpleasant, and the bun was soggy. It didn't look anything like the photo. I do not recommend this place, and the staff were extremely rude.

Would give no stars if possible. Ordered a whopper, fries and a drink. The menu board said a little over $6. When I got to the window, the girl charged me over $9. I told her the price on the board and she said they hadn't changed it yet!! This is ridiculous. Will never go there again. They shouldn't charge more if it isn't stated. There is no better place than Burger King for a quick lunch. However, my last visit was disappointing. They added jalapeños to my double whopper without mustard, which did not sit well with my acid reflux. I'm not sure if it's part of a new recipe. Additionally, it seemed like they had overdone the sauce on the spicy chicken sandwich. They could definitely improve on these issues.

Well usually I like Burger King once in a while but today I ordered the whopper meal and when I got my whopper and went to take a bite the bottom half of the bun was completely soaked like it sat in water and it was horrible I took a couple bites then i was done with it and threw it away i didn't get a receipt with my order or i would have called and complained i thought the buns were supposed to be lightly toasted not soaking wet but what do i know. But I probably wont be going back to that Burger King any time soon

I inquired with the cashier about the burger included in the 2 for $12 special, and he informed me. We decided to order the special, but the burgers we received looked nothing like the pictures. The sauce was only mustard (which I dislike), with no tomato, lettuce, or any special additions. I ended up throwing mine away. We were in a rush, and the cashier had difficulty understanding us at the cash register. We had to repeat our order a total of 5 times. It took two meal times to finally receive our food. Worse than it is in the photos. It was pretty bad. One of the worse dining rooms I've seen. Especially for such a large company. The order was incorrect and the whopper was depressing just as it looked. Top three worse burgers ever seen. The lobby was gross. Didn't even want to check the restroom if it was so bad in the front of the house. The cashier was nice though. And it was great that the lobby was open because there are many places that are not. Just wish it wasn't filthy. I didn't eat here but my companion ordered. They returned there meal and we went elsewhere.1st time there maybe they were just having a super bad day.

I don’t typically write many reviews, but I think the food quality was so poor, others should be forewarned.Ordered the “BIG Fish Sandwich”, which was more than $7 JUST for the sandwich BTW! On the left what was displayed. On the right, what I received. The fish on this sandwich was hard and rubbery. The edges were too hard to bite. The small center was slightly softer, but rubbery. Completely inedible and SO disappointing. Several other items ordered along with this sandwich were lacking flavor, or missing all together.Based on today’s experience, and several others in the past at this location, I would not recommend it actually I’d recommend against it. I don’t plan to eat from here again.

I have no idea where to start; except to say, do not interfere with the drive thru or the order from inside. the management does not prepare for rush hours so machines (credit card, pop machines, etc. are down or they move the order. it takes forever to get their orders and management will scream at their employees when they should be clear and precise,' the first time they ask them to deliver something on the parking space, etc. I know that this is for all time, but I will not become a place that continues to have problems like this without any sign of improvements. if they are not able to work both sides (run them thru or in restaurant) choose and improve them one and then both.
