"I found a hair in my food today, which was disappointing. I called the restaurant to let them know and possibly suggest they use hair nets, but they took no responsibility and claimed that no one working there has brown hair. It was a funny response, as I was just trying to inform them of an issue, not looking for a refund or replacement meal. Overall, the service and food quality both received a rating of 1.
