"I would give him a zero if possible. this was one of the most terrible experiences I've ever had at a bk. first we waited long in a line. when we finally get to the place to order, they come and say they have to place their order in the window. there were 6 cars in front of me. Why can't they command one where they should and then pull, pay and get their order? I waited for another 20 minutes and the line moved a car. I decided to go somewhere else. this isn't the first time this happened. I refuse to ever go to this place again."

I love Burger King Their double whopper with cheese is the best one and oh you definitely need to add bacon to it

They have two ladies working there and wait times are completely unacceptable. I am talking about waiting nearly an hour for food. I feel bad for the employees. Any restaurant this understaffed should not be open until they can hire more staff.

The interior was dirty, and there was no ice in the machine. We ordered hamburgers that resembled "Hepper Jrs" but without seeds on the rolls. However, they got our order correct otherwise. The service was friendly and fast, though. Overall, I would rate the food 4 out of 5. View menu

Very dissappointing. All male employees had long stringy ponytails. Women working were yelling wifey at each other. They were more interested in putting in their own orders than waiting on any customers. I will most definitely find other places to eat. Used to love Burger King. Disgusting.

My family i came to eat, my son dropped his water we asked for napkins to clean it up but there was still a lot of water we even told the workers instead of cleaning it up they sat there stared at it, there was also slushee on the floor the workers just stood there, this is very dangerous it could result into an accident.

They get one star only because I can't leave zero. Waiting in line for 15 min to order with nobody in front of us. Literally asked to wait then sat for 15. No response. Poor poor poor. Wtg owners! Get better staff or pay these people better. Pitiful. As I type this the car behind me is still waiting to place an order. Terrible View menu

This place definitely needs some help. They only take one car thru the drive thru at a time. You literally have to wait 30 mins at the menu for them to finally take your order. Bk corporate needs to come down and give this bk a make over. I love bk food but if this is the service you give then ill definitely have to lose that love for it. Please help them

The staff is consistently nice, friendly, and very helpful. My orders tend to be complicated due to my picky family, yet they always get everything right without needing to double-check. Additionally, the food is delicious! We also used a voucher, so we were able to feed four people for just $27. I highly recommend Charling's Burger King located at Reno and Mustang Rd!
