"The ice cream was excellent, as always. We ordered a kiddie cone for our son and requested that it be made half the usual size, which the staff kindly accommodated. Unfortunately, my 2-year-old dropped it before he could take a bite. When we returned to the window to ask if it could be remade, a man with semi-long dark hair, a beard, and glasses informed my husband that we would have to pay for another one. Having spent 15 years in customer service, I believe that if a customer drops their drink, it’s standard practice to remake it. It’s simply good customer service, especially since I paid full price for just half of a cone. I was very disappointed with how they handled the situation."

I ordered an ice cream and was taken aback when I noticed the employee who was preparing it eating one of her own while making and handling mine. She even continued to eat while handing it to me at the counter.

Please fix your leaking and inefficient free air compressor. This evening It made more air leak out of two of my tires then I had to put in. I had to go somewhere else. Last week I stopped for canned tea which there was only 1 can and walked past threeunmasked patrons without protective masks waiting in numerous lines. You need a groundskeeper too.

My fiancé called the restaurant at 8:20 PM to inquire about their shake service and was told they stopped serving them at 10 PM. Based on that information, we made the trip across town just for a shake. However, when we arrived at 9:20 PM, we were told they had already stopped making shakes for the night. I strongly recommend the mega sandwich with turkey and provolone from Byrne Dairy's Deli, served on wheat bread. I enjoy mine with mayo, mustard, lettuce, tomato, and onion—it's absolutely delicious! Don't forget to ask for the Boom Boom sauce; it's their version of buffalo ranch sauce and makes a fantastic accompaniment. I'm also a huge fan of their garlic knots, and make sure to remember that Wednesdays are $1 burger days—definitely something you should try!

I suggest that you take care of the problem with your leaking and ineffective free air compressor. This evening, I noticed that I couldn't add enough air to two of my tires because more was escaping than I could supply, which forced me to look for another location. Additionally, when I came by last week for some canned tea, there was only one can available. I also saw three customers inside the store without masks, each waiting in different lines. It might be a good idea to consider hiring a groundskeeper for maintenance as well.
