"I had plans to go this afternoon with my brother. I called to ask about a few menu items because it wasn't loading right and the guy hung up on me mid sentence. I would like to mention I was not being rude. But he quickly assumed I was done speaking instead of taking a breath and asking my next question. I can guarantee that if you can't treat me with respect on the phone, I definitely won't give you my money so you can disrespect me in person."

Cafe Cusco is a great place for vegans and nonvegans alike. I almost always get the black bean burger and fries. The fried guacamole is a delicious appetizer. My parents and friends love having dinner here as well! I love that they have a vegan menu.

We have eaten here three times now. It is my new favorite restaurant. I haven't eaten one bite of anything yet that was disappointing. Fried avocado and mango on the salad was amazing. I've tried the vegan nachos, Black bean fajitas, Vegan Escebeche, Mazamorro Mazada and the vegan mango Verde salad. With each dish the flavors were different with each bite. Full rich flavorful food that is safe to eat is such a treat with allergies.
