"WORST ITALIAN FOOD ON LONG ISLAND. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. The male employee I spoke to was very rude and condescending, put me on hold while he said he got the manager. Two female employees I spoke to were very nice and explained there was no manager currently working instead of letting me set on hold and waiting for no one to ever take my call. The lasagna here is outstanding! It has the best flavor, and the portions are generous. The tossed salad is consistently perfect as well. We order from this place every week, often more than once!
