I was disappointed with my visit. The soup was cold, the food quality was lacking, and the service was not impressive. Additionally, the cleanliness left much to be desired. I usually enjoy Zupas, but my experience in Saratoga Springs was not good at all.

Great food all around. Their cookies were an amazing dessert too for a great price. Very friendly staff. Gave me a free drink because they got me the wrong food on accident the first time around. It's stressful in the food service though and I think they handled it wonderfully.

The food here is absolutely awful. It tastes artificial and is loaded with chemicals. I'm writing this review late at night because this terrible meal has made me so sick that I can't sleep. The quality of the food is even lower than what you'd find at typical fast food places. View menu

Always reliably delicious food, our go-to in Saratoga. The customer service here is always next level too, everyone we have interacted with is super friendly and accommodating. We forgot to order a drink one time, went back through and they just gave us one for free. 10/10 recommend, thanks for the great service and delicious food!

I couldn’t dream up a more disorganized staff population. My advice? At the very least, hire a few experienced, driven ADULTS that can keep the slack teenagers in order and on top of things. I do not jest when I say it is like a staff room in there. Please do not supports this business if only for the fact that they scam you of your money and time.

The food always taste great and everyone is really nice. Cons: 1) My avocado is always brown and tastes off 2) I pay for extra chicken and I never get extra chicken. You need to increase your protein amount you put in salads (almost double to triple the 5 pieces of cubed chicken you put now. 3) Don't offer Mixed berry creme brulee when we order food if you never have it! I understand that this location is still new, which is why I didn't rate it with just 1 star. However, I'm really hoping they can improve. I've ordered from here twice, and both times my food had missing or incorrect ingredients, including some that I paid extra for but didn't receive. It's quite frustrating because I can see the order slip they used to prepare my meal (they tape it to the box), and it matches exactly what I ordered. It feels like they didn't even look at it.

I’ll give them a one star. The worst service in this location. I complain about the fruit with the kids meal, and they wanted to charge me more to put more fruit in it. The manager said she was not putting more and I told her it was missing some fruit, she did not want to add more. Even though they have oranges on site.
