"We've eaten at Cancun in the past and it used to be good. We went last night and it was a disaster. When we walked in only one table was taken and we had to wait several minutes before we were seated because the hostess didn't know where to seat us. The waitress came to our table right away but she was not friendly at all. We ordered our food and it came out quickly but she forgot part of our order and we had to ask her to go get it. I ordered a chicken dish and it was brought on an iron plate that sprayed grease all over me. The food was terrible, it had no flavor at all. Even the salsa just tasted like canned tomatoes. The chicken just tasted like hot grease and the rice was nearly inedible. Our waitress came back to refill our drinks and spilled it all over our table and just left it. The staff was rude and the food was awful, we won't be back."

Cancun should have a 5 star rating. The food is great, they have margaritas the size of your head, the staff is very friendly, and the service is awesome. Shrimp tacos are 10/10. The margaritas are also 10/10. View menu

This is a great little Mexican restaurant. The portions are plentiful and there is something for every budget! They have a nice little outdoor dining area as well. The server was knowledgeable and very attentive. Try this nice little spot.

Walked in to a very dark looking restaurant. Waitress never smiled. Taco was very bland with the ground beef having no seasoning. Rice and beans were inedible. Salsa tasted like straight tomato sauce out of a can. The taquito was decent. Childs pizza and fries both bad. Fries overcooked and pizza was gummy. Plenty of better mexican restaurants to choose from.

Got a Togo order. They told me 15 mins it took minimum 30 mins. The serve refried beans with the kids quesadilla and it spilled all over my child’s quesadilla so she wouldn’t eat it. They also charged an arm and a leg for chips and salsa yet my salsa spilled all over my food. So that was a waste of money. For four entrees 1kids meal, 2 quesabirria tacos and a mariachi bowl it was $69. Place is a waste of time. View menu

My entire family is sick after eating at this establishment the previous night. The waitress was incredibly rude, condescending, and provided an unpleasant attitude. Every single food order was wrong. My mother kindly requested no jalapeños or onions due to health issues and her entire entree was smothered in them. My meal was also smothered in jalapeños, which were not in the description of the dish. Generally I would never provide a negative review, however I would like to warn others so they might not fall victim to this awful sickness my family is currently experiencing.

Think twice before dining here if you have a food allergy. Just picked up to-go food only to get home and find that the very clear and concise directions given we're not followed. Called up just to get it refunded from the check since I didn't want to drive back out. Apparently the POS system or the manager is incomplete and cannot do that without physically having the CC at the terminal. My fault for being a trusting person but I didn't double check the dish before getting home; I just wanted to get home and have dinner with my family. When I finally sat down I found that the dish was incomplete.
