Caribou Coffee - Menu

The staff is incredibly friendly, and the coffee is always consistently delicious!

Ever since they put up the new menu's I find this place very confusing. Almost none of them even know how to make a flat white.....

I can't remember the girl's name, but she was absolutely wonderful. I couldn't have asked for anyone sweeter. She had black hair and was just so kind.

I had a Fa LA Latte that was interesting it's a latte made with egg nog. I don't do coffee shop much cause $5+ for a cup is a little high for my liking. This particular Caribou is the one I do stop at nice people working there. Tables on Grand avenue in summer is nice

I consistently have a great experience with online orders here – they're always prompt. The staff is very friendly. I visited for my birthday to claim a free drink, and all three employees genuinely wished me a happy birthday. It was a wonderful way to kick off my day and celebrate. Thank you! View menu

Very hit or miss place. For two-three weeks I would order the same thing from here nearly every day. One time I got a drink and it somehow tasted like Chinese food. Another time, tasted like ink and I couldn’t finish it. Either way, one things for sure is that their drinks are almost always way too sweet. I think out of the 20 or so times I’ve ordered from here, it’s been good about 6 of those times. Edit: I forgot to add, the staff is extremely nice and friendly though.

This visit was my introduction to Caribou Coffee and it was fantastic! The gentleman that waited on me was very sweet and personable. I ordered an iced mint condition mocha and let me know i could do milk, white or dark chocolate, I chose dark. Then as I was handed off to the barista he was also very nice and made me feel really welcome. He even offered me a double shot since it was my first visit (I dont know if thats the norm) but my drink was perfect and im excited to try more of their drinks during my trip to the area.

Served us two breakfast sandwiches cold. Couldn't administer a refund to the card I paid on- needed someone else (a manager I assume) to come to the store to do that. Refused to refund in cash (I understand company policy is to administer a refund the same method as payment was rcvd but I've also worked enough cashiering jobs for different companies that I know there is usually some wiggle room for making a decision in the business/customers best interest). Manager came, completed the return. Offered 2 drink vouchers. Still left a bar taste in my mouth. Literally cause I ordered that newish dragon fruit blended boust drink and it suuuuucked. View menu
