"I used to love this restaurant, but after my recent experience, I'm unsure if I will return. We ordered two plates of shrimp scampi and spaghetti with meatballs. Unfortunately, we had to send back both shrimp scampi dishes because they were overwhelmed with lemon—it made them taste overly salty. The spaghetti was also not as good as I remembered. It seems like they may have new cooks, and I don't plan on returning. We spent $71 for three people, and the food was the worst Italian meal I've ever had. I'm very disappointed since this was once one of my favorite places."

The absolute best Italian restaurant in all of Nevada. Leo Blundo uses recipes from his great grandmother. Top notch and very authentic.

My husband and I went here for our 10 year anniversary. Fantastic in every way! Outstanding taste of food and service. This will be our new favorite restaurant to go to.

Small cozy restaurant. Food was delicious. We had lasagne and chicken Alfredo. The garlic bread was good. Our service was great. 5 stars food and service! We will be back to try the pesto and canolis! View menu

The restaurant and staff were great, the pizza was not to the quality expected based off its price. The price to quality ratio would have be better suited to a reduction of $4-$6 for the large pizza we had ordered

I tried the spaghetti and meatballs, and unfortunately, the sauce tasted like it was straight out of a can. The meatballs also had the flavor of cheap frozen ones. I was quite disappointed and definitely won't be returning.

The food was good. Here are some tips...you need to tighten up the Alfredo sauce as well as the piccata sauce both are too runny. It would be better to serve a vegetable with the piccata. Also grilled chicken would be better with the alfredo. The garlic bread was delicious. Lots of potential! Also you should move into the bigger space where Johnny's is. View menu

I visited Carmelo's for a potential column assignment. Although the food was enjoyable, I was very put off by how rude the chef was to his staff. I later discovered that the chef is the owner, Leo. His unpleasant demeanor really left a negative impression on me. If he treats his employees this way, I cannot endorse his restaurant. It made both me and my dining companions quite uncomfortable. I suggest he learn some basic manners—it's truly disappointing!

We love this establishment! The food is always top notch and so is the service and attention we get from Aaron and Savanah. They make every dining experience a pleasure and we always leave smiling. We had the Pesto and it was without a doubt in the top 3 of all the Pesto we've had on East and West coast! I want to bribe the chef for the recipe ! It was THAT delicious! Do yourself a favor and stop in and enjoy the food and atmosphere at Carmelo's Bistro! You won't regret it!

"The restaurant boasts an elegant design, featuring numerous windows that fill the round space with natural light and showcase beautiful views of the outdoors. While there is a large wraparound patio for al fresco dining, we opted to eat inside. The service was excellent, and the menu offered selections reminiscent of a sophisticated urban dining establishment. Planning to have a substantial dinner later in the evening, we decided to keep our lunch light (sort of). I chose a delicious grilled Portobello sandwich, which was not only tasty but also quite large and a bit messy to eat. It featured a grilled Portobello mushroom, roasted red pepper, onion, smoked provolone, bibb lettuce, and pesto mayo on a grilled brioche bun, all accompanied by some delightful coleslaw. My partner selected a fruit and cheese platter that, while sounding simple, was presented beautifully—worthy of a cover shoot for an Epicurean magazine. The platter featured an array of fresh seasonal dried fruits, gourmet cheeses, and crispy crackers. Each element was abundant and irresistibly delicious. We also ordered a cup of lobster bisque, transforming our light lunch into a scrumptious feast. The tables were impeccably dressed with white linens, lovely dinnerware, and fine flatware, complemented by the most attentive waitress we could hope for. All of this was nestled in the serene surroundings of Pahrump, 60 miles from the Las Vegas Strip. We thoroughly enjoyed our experience at Symphony Restaurant, and I must mention that Pahrump's white wines were quite pleasant as well; we took several bottles home before leaving."
