Carolina Glazed Donuts

This charming little mom-and-pop donut shop is fantastic! The staff is friendly, and the donuts are fresh and delicious. I just wish it were closer to my home!

Typical strip mall donut place, which is usually a recipe for success. But these donuts didn’t taste fresh, left a grease residue in the mouth, and just didn’t taste or look great. At 10 am on a Saturday, that’s a sin.

Best yeast donuts I've ever had. Amazing. They are bigger, fluffier, and yeastier than krispy kreme and have a better donut to sugar ratio. The cream filled ones are AMAZING. They're all amazing. And you can eat several without feeling sick from too much sugar... at least I can. ? View menu

You have to check this place out! We ordered 5 dozen donuts along with a couple of large coffee boxes. They even called us in the morning to confirm our pickup. When we arrived, everything was perfectly ready and looked amazing. The donuts are larger and taste much better than Dunkin' Donuts!

If you have a sweet tooth , Carolina Glazed Donuts is your match.We celebrated a birthday and instead of cake we brought several dozens of fresh filled donuts. Outstanding and well received.Seriously if on Miami Blvd and you have time be sure to stop in , there is no way you will be disappointed.

This local family-owned shop offers excellent quality donuts. The staff is consistently friendly, and the donuts themselves are straightforward but delicious, made with fresh fillings right when you place your order. Excellent doughnuts, soft and airy with good squish but still a slight chew at the end. Decent flavor in the glaze, not the best maple frosting I’ve had but certainly passable. Did not try any of the filled ones or the cake donuts. Coffee is very mediocre, but didn’t cross the line into being actively bad. It’s not any worse than what I’d expect from a hole in the wall donut joint like this, so I’m not going to mark down any stars for it — just understand what you’re here for: the yeast donuts.

I was working at WCC about a week ago, when a very kind lady dropped off two boxes of donuts from here as she had extra from something she was hosting. Best dang donuts I've had in North Carolina. The apple fritter was ridiculously good and filled with plenty of apples. As much as I hate to admit it, my coworkers and I got through the donuts pretty quickly and I never caught the name of the donut shop on the box, which led to me spending a week trying to figure out where they came from. I'm absolutely glad I managed to figure out it was from here, because I'll 100% be getting more donuts from here soon!

There's nothing better than a really good donut and a fine cup of coffee on a brisk Saturday morning. So this morning, I ventured out on a 20 minute drive to Carolina Glazed because of the reviews I read. The place is an unassuming, no frills donut shop. I basically missed it and had to drive around in the strip mall wondering if I was in the right location. But am I glad I found it!The donuts are so fluffy and soft and...and...and...good!
